Abstract

Abstract: A laundry business is a service that offers clothes washing, especially for the upper middle class who are busy and don’t have time to wash their own clothes, so they use laundry services. In the privious system, the best costumers were determined only based on the frequency of using laundry services. As a solution, the author plans to use the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to support decisions in recommending the best customers for giving rewards. This method is expected to produce more precise, fast and accurate recommendations, which will be realized in the form of applications by utilizing information technology. By using the AHP method, this research focuses on establishing relevant evaluation criteria based on customer preferences, and is expected to be able to contribute to increasing the efficiency and success of laundry business operations in the Air Batu area.Keywords: AHP; Decision Support System; Best Customer Selection; Air Baatu Laundry.         Abstrak: Bisnis laundry adalah layanan yanga  menawarkan pencucian pakaian, khususnya bagi kalangan menengah ke atas yang sibuk dan tidak memiliki waktu untuk mencuci pakaian sendiri, sehingga mereka menggunakan jasa laundry. Pada sistem sebelumnya, pelanggan terbaik ditentukan hanya berdasarkan frekuensi penggunaan layanan laundry. Sebagai sulis, penulis berencana menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk mendukung keputusan dalam merekomendasikan pelanggan terbaik untuk pemberian reward. Metode ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi yang lebih tepat, cepat dan akurat yang akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk aplikasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP, penelitian ini berfokus pada pembentukan kriteria evaluasi yang relevan berdasarkan preferensi pelanggan, serta diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberhasilan operasional bisnis laundry di wiliyah Air Batu.Kata kunci: AHP; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Pemilihan Pelanggan Terbaik; Laundry Air Batu.

When a disaster occurs to the insured, such as an accident, the insured or the customer will submit a claim, so there are often misunderstandingsAbetween the insuredAand the insurer. This study aims to discuss the Sharia Insurance Perspective on the Accident Insurance Claim Service Mechanism (a case study at PT. Sun Life Finansial Sharia Unit MedanABranch).
