Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan Bahan Ajar Kompetensi Dasar Perawatan Tangan Dan Kaki Pada Mata Kuliah Manicure dan Pedicure yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mahasiswa semester V Konsentrasi Tata Kecantikan Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Jurusan Teknologi Industri Fakultas Teknik dan Kejuruan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha berdasarkan uji ahli isi materi pembelajaran dan uji ahli media pembelajaran. Model ADDIE terdiri atas lima langkah, yaitu: (1) analisis (analyze), (2) perancangan (design), (3) pengembangan (development), (4) implementasi (implementation), dan (5) evaluasi (evaluation). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh berdasarkan kelayakan bahan ajar. Data kuantitatif diperoleh berdasarkan hitung uji angket yang diberikan kepada ahli media dan ahli isi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah kuisioner berupa angket. Hasil analisis data dari kedua ahli isi materi diperoleh rerata 90,7 % (sangat layak), hasil analisis data dari kedua ahli media diperoleh hasil 89,9% (sangat layak). Berdasarkan hasil analisis ahli isi materi dan ahli media dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelayakan bahan ajar kompetensi dasar perawatan tangan dan kaki pada mata kuliah manicure dan pedicure yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mahasiswa semester V Konsentrasi Tata Kecantikan Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Jurusan Teknologi Industri Fakultas Teknik Dan Kejuruan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha berdasarkan uji ahli isi materi pembelajaran dan uji ahli media pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat layak.Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, manicure, pedicureThis study aims to examine the feasibility of Basic Competency Hand and Foot Care Teaching Materials in Manicure and Pedicure Courses that can be used as teaching materials for V semester students Concentration of Beauty Cosmetology Study Program S1 Family Welfare Education Department of Industrial Technology Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Education Ganesha University based on a test learning material content expert and learning media expert test. The ADDIE model consists of five steps, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data obtained based on the feasibility of teaching materials. Quantitative data was obtained based on the count of the questionnaire test given to media experts and content experts. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The results of data analysis from the two content experts obtained an average of 90.7% (very feasible), the results of data analysis from the two media experts obtained the results of 89.9% (very feasible). Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology aims to improve Human Resources (HR) quality through the implementation of teaching factories. The teaching factory improves work readiness and increases graduate employment rates. This study aims to: 1) assess the impact of teaching factories on work readiness; 2) evaluate the effect of teaching factories on graduate absorption; 3) examine the influence of industry partnerships on job readiness; 4) explore the effect of industry partnerships on graduate absorption; 5) investigate the relationship between job readiness and graduate absorption; 6) determine the role of teaching factories in graduate absorption through job readiness; and 7) assess the influence of industry partnerships on graduate absorption via work readiness in the Spa and Beauty Expertise Program. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, and path analysis was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that: 1) teaching factories positively affect work readiness (significance value = 0.000, p < 0.05); 2) teaching factories positively influence graduate absorption; 3) industry partnerships positively impact work readiness; 4) industry partnerships positively affect graduate absorption; 5) job readiness contributes positively to graduate absorption; 6) teaching factories enhance graduate absorption through job readiness; and 7) industry partnerships support graduate absorption through student work readiness in the Spa and Beauty Expertise Program.
