Abstract

The development of the halal industry in the skincare sector increases very rapidly every year. Islam allows facial skin care as a form of gratitude for maintaining the gifts that God has given to his people. The face is the first impression when we meet, having facial skin problems causes a feeling of insecurity for some individuals. Generation Z is one of the factors in the rapid development of skincare in Indonesia, of course by looking at the halalness of products that have been verified by BPOM and Halal MUI. This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, religiosity, price and halal brand personality on loyalty to The Originote skincare brand in generation Z in Jabodetabek. The sampling method in this research used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, namely the Likert scale. The research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application. The results of the research show that social media marketing and price have a positive and significant effect on loyalty to The Originote skincare brand in generation Z in Jabodetabek. Meanwhile, religiosity and halal brand personality have a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty to The Originote skincare brand in generation Z in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara ke Kalimantan Timur memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan Kota Balikpapan sebagai pintu gerbang utama wilayah tersebut. Hal ini membuka peluang besar bagi pengembangan fasilitas publik berskala nasional maupun internasional, termasuk bangunan dengan fungsi MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). Perancangan gedung pertunjukan sebagai bagian dari fasilitas MICE menjadi urgensi untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya yang masif. Penelitian ini mengusung pendekatan Performance-Oriented Design yang dikombinasikan dengan prinsip arsitektur biomimikri, guna menciptakan bangunan yang efisien, responsif terhadap iklim tropis Balikpapan, dan berkelanjutan secara lingkungan. Pendekatan biomimikri digunakan untuk meniru strategi-strategi adaptif dari organisme lokal dalam menghadapi tantangan iklim, seperti ventilasi alami, bentuk struktur, dan sistem pengelolaan air hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kontekstual, merumuskan konsep desain, serta menyusun rekomendasi perancangan berbasis kinerja bangunan. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah terciptanya alternatif desain gedung pertunjukan yang tidak hanya fungsional, tetapi juga mampu menjadi penanda arsitektur berkelanjutan di Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

Motivation is an important part of language learning because it affects how much effort students give, how they feel about learning, and how long they stay committed. When students are motivated, they are more likely to enjoy learning and try harder to improve their skills. This paper explores the role of teacher praise and feedback in helping students stay motivated in English as a foreign language (EFL) classrooms. Praise helps students feel appreciated and more confident, while feedback gives them direction and helps them improve. Many studies show that praise and feedback together give better results than when used separately. They support both academic improvement and emotional well-being. This review suggests that using both strategies is a helpful way to create a positive classroom and support students in becoming more independent and motivated learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) terhadap Financial Constraints pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 230. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Constraints perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Constraints, ROA, Leverage, Growth, Cash Flow from Operation
