The research instrument uses interviews and documentation. The data technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that teachers integrate gender-based education through choosing the right theme and reflecting on the roles and responsibilities of men and women in family life and the surrounding environment. In addition, the school has campaigned for a gender-based slogan and provided gender-friendly facilities and infrastructure, such as the provision of bathrooms for boys and girls. However, there are no policies and curricula provided by schools to improve gender understanding for teachers. The study results suggest expanding the socialization of gender-friendly school standards and values and their implications in integrative thematic learning by educators and other stakeholders.
