Abstract

Data was obtained from the Scopus database, and a scientific landscape mapping was conducted through performance analysis and science mapping, including author collaboration analysis, co-citation analysis, and keyword emergence analysis. A total of 224 publications from 177 sources involving 565 authors were analyzed. The results show a consistent increase in the number of publications, with a significant surge in the last decade reflecting growing global attention to PKBM as a tool for lifelong learning, community empowerment, and sustainable development. The United States and Indonesia are the most productive contributors, with the University of Education Indonesia and the University of Malaya leading the way. Thematically, research has focused heavily on lifelong learning, community participation, and non-formal education, with emerging topics such as health communication and digital learning technologies beginning to gain traction. Collaboration networks indicate growing international partnerships, though collaboration within the Global South remains limited. This study provides important insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers by highlighting impactful contributions, research gaps, and future directions for PKBM development. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of financing quality assurance at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) in South Solok Regency. Through an exploratory qualitative approach, the research was conducted in three PKBMs with different regions. The results show that the implementation of financing quality assurance is quite good in the aspects of implementation and evaluation, but still needs improvement in the aspects of planning and follow-up development. The benefits of the implementation of financing quality assurance are seen in the improvement of service quality, the effectiveness of the use of funds, and the positive impact on the surrounding community. The main obstacle faced is the limited sources of financing that cause dependence on government assistance.
