Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the SIKKD UMGO website by highlighting the three usability concepts of the ISO 9241-11 model, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction in using the SIKKD website, measured using the Usability Testing methods: Performance Measurement, Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA), and System Usability Scale techniques. The aim is to find out the results of usability testing and recommendations for improvements to the SIKKD website based on the results of usability testing. The results of this study are based on an analysis of the calculation of usability metrics, and the SUS formula shows that the effectiveness and efficiency aspects have been stated to be good, namely the percentages of 98% and 95%. In addition, the satisfaction aspect based on the SUS questionnaire is still below standard with a percentage value of 59%. The SUS results are supported by the results of the RTA questionnaire, where there are still several complaints and suggestions from respondents on the SIKKD website. Based on the results of the SUS and RTA questionnaires, recommendations for improvements were made in the form of prototypes on login pages, resumes, forms, file uploads, and account settings by following the 4 golden rules of user interface design.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas sistem informasi SI – EKA di kementerian agama menggunakan metode webqual . Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis adalah kuantitatif, Metode yang digunakan adalah webqual .Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan ukuran sampel dari suatu populasi yaitu teknik slovin .Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 155 sampel penelitian ini adalah Pada hasil analisis deskriptif memperoleh nilai persentase untuk kategori setuju dengan persentase Sebesar 42,58% yang dapat disimpulkan berarti sebagian besar pegawai setuju dengan peryataan mengenai kepuasan pegawai terhadap sistem informasi SI – EKA. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat dilihat bahwa pengguna merasa sistem informasi SI – EKA mudah untuk digunakan dan sistem informasi SI – EKA mempunyai kualitas yang sangat baik.

Abstract

The Faculty of Science and Computer Science, Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo is a higher education entity that has various needs in managing and utilizing data, information and important documents. This research aims to design a web-based repository for the Faculty of Science and Computer Science, Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo and implement a web-based repository at the Faculty of Science and Computer Science, Muhammadoyah University of Gorontalo. This research was developed using a prototype model, PHP programming language, Laravel framework, MySQL and system design tools using Unified Modeling Language. The results of research using a prototype system development model show that the Web-Based Repository System, Faculty of Science and Computer Science, Muhammadiyah University, Gorontalo has reached the maturity level. which allows its effective use. With this system, it is hoped that employees of the Head of Administration and his staff at the Faculty of Science and Computer Science, Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo can implement a web-based repository that is effective, efficient, and in accordance with academic and administrative
