Abstract

Activity based costing process is a process to accurately manage the cost allocation process for a product. With the development of technology, the activity-based costing process has been integrated with the ERP system so that it can relate to all business processes as a whole and can reduce expenses to manage the flow of information systems within the company. It is necessary to determine a fast business process for the allocation of these costs so that a product can be produced. A standard hierarchy is needed which serves as the center of the business process for determining the activity-based costing process. This process is still done manually so that it slows down the business determination process in the activity-based costing process. This research will implement the search function in the ABC system by creating a reporting system that can search business processes in the standard hierarchy in SAP S/4HANA. This research will use SEEM embed with SDLC method where this method pays attention from the perspective of the user and the company to produce an efficient ABC process with the company's objectives.

Abstract

Abstract

Electrocoagulation is an effective and environmentally friendly technology for treating wastewater by removing contaminants such as turbidity, heavy metals, and organic compounds. Accurately predicting turbidity removal time is essential for optimizing treatment performance and operational efficiency. However, this is challenging due to complex, nonlinear relationships between multiple parameters including current, voltage, electrode configuration, conductivity, and turbidity removal rate. This study aims to develop a predictive framework by comparing six supervised regression models, namely Linear Regression, Polynomial Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Regression (SVR), XGBoost, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), using key electrocoagulation parameters. After extensive data preprocessing, a dataset of 281 samples was used for training and validation. Among them, Random Forest achieved the best performance (R² = 0.876, RMSE = 601.15). A data-driven information system is proposed to integrate these predictive capabilities for real-time monitoring and control. By improving turbidity prediction accuracy, the system enables the sustainable utilization of water as a valuable asset, even in its wastewater form. The approach enhances decision-making by providing intelligent feedback for process optimization. This research contributes to the advancement of intelligent, sustainable wastewater treatment systems by integrating machine learning prediction models with practical process control applications in informatics.

Abstract

This research highlights the challenges that developing countries face managing room reservations within institutions. Nigeria and the Philippines lack transparency and real-time information, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Pakistan, the absence of an online system hinders access and raises data security concerns. Indonesia, the manual reservation process wastes time and creates uncertainty. The purpose of this research emphasizes the need for an online room reservation system to address issues such as transparency, real- time information, and efficiency. This research explores and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as a potential solution. Odoo Quickstart methodology was used to design and implement this solution. The Quickstart was chosen due to its affordability, flexibility and ease of modification. Odoo was chosen for its flexibility and configurability, allowing it to be customized and combined to meet the needs. The rental module in Odoo supports room reservation requirements by providing reservation form, schedule, delivery, and return functions in a single interface. Overall, the results of this study advocate for implementing an online room reservation system to improve the reservation process within educational institutions in developing countries.

Abstract

Laboratory management in Educational Institutions is important to support students' practical learning because laboratories are a means for students to delve into the material directly. An important aspect of laboratory management is budget management and consumables. Not a few Educational Institutions use spreadsheets to manage the budget and procurement of Consumables, which are often inefficient and poorly integrated. These limitations make it difficult to monitor budgets and the status of goods requests in real-time, hinder transparency, and increase the risk of human error, which can ultimately reduce accountability in laboratory management. This research aims to develop a more integrated budget management and procurement system for Consumables using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with  Odoo software, involving the Accounting and Purchase modules. The QuickStart method is used to ensure smooth implementation by actively involving users throughout the development cycle. This system includes budget creation and monitoring, purchase order creation, and validation of goods received. The results of the Black Box Testing and Expert Judgement show that the developed system has met all the testing objectives, although improvements are still needed, such as the addition of graphs for budget visualization. The implementation of this system is expected to increase transparency and accountability in budget management and procurement of consumables in educational institutions.
