<![CDATA[AbstrakPT X adalah perusahaan PMDN (Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri) yang memiliki layanan pengerjaan fabrikasi dan pengerjaan logam. Sistem produksi perusahaan ini adalah Make-To-Order. Komponen yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah komponen jenis aksesoris. Komponen aksesoris merupakan komponen yang bersifat pelengkap produk dan habis pakai sehingga memerlukan stock untuk memenuhi permintaan. Beberapa contoh komponen aksesoris yang digunakan oleh PT X adalah AS spanyolet, baut hexa, mur, cage nut, dan sebagainya. Perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem pengendalian persediaan. Pengendalian persediaan hanya bisa diterapkan untuk beberapa jenis material. Besaran safety stock sama dengan reorder point. Nilai safety stock berasal dari estimasi PPIC dan gudang. BOM yang turun dari divisi engineering ke gudang seringkali setelah proses produksi dari produk tersebut telah masuk ke lantai produksi. Sehingga sering terjadinya stock out pada komponen aksesoris, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan evaluasi kembali terhadap sistem pengendalian persediaan yang dibutuhkan oleh Gudang aksesoris. Hasil penelitian ini adalah jumlah pemesanan dan ROP tiap komponen yang akan direkomendasikan kepada PT. The company's production system is Make-To-Order. The components in this study are accessories. Accessory components are components that are complementary to products and consumables so that they require stock to meet demand. Some examples of accessory components used by PT X are AS spanyolet, hexa bolts, nuts, cage nuts, and so on. This company does not have an inventory control system yet. Inventory control can only be applied to certain types of materials. The amount of safety stock is the same as the reorder point. The safety stock value comes from PPIC and warehouse estimates. BOM that goes down from the engineering division to the warehouse is often after the production process of the product has entered the production floor. So that frequently stock outs occur in accessories components, in this study a re-evaluation of the inventory control system required by the accessories warehouse will be carried out.
