Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perawat di bangsal pasien di YW-UMI Makassar. (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW UMI Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan klinis yaitu perawat rawat inap, jumlah karyawan 106 orang dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh dari kinerja perawat dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial ternyata menjadi pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pasien Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW UMI Makassar. This research aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of nurses at patient wards Ibnu Sina Hospital YW-UMI Makassar. (2) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at Ibnu Sina Hospital YW UMI Makassar. The population in this research is a clinical employees are nurses hospitalization, the number of employees are 106 with total sample 84 employees. The result of research shows that leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously influence of nurses performance and organizational commitment partially turn out to be the most dominant influence of nurses performance at Patient Wards Ibnu Sina Hospital YW UMI Makassar.
