Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of BPD supervision that has an impact on transparency in village financial management with performance variables as moderation. This research model is very important to provide input in good village financial management. If the BPD supervision process goes well, the performance of village officials can be optimal so that village development will be successful. This study took 152 samples of village officials in Tangerang district, this study used AMOS structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that BPD supervision has a positive and significant impact on village financial transparency, but the performance variable is not able to moderate BPD supervision over village financial transparency. This research model is very unique because it can be an evaluation for stakeholders, especially the village government in increasing the supervisory role of the BPD to improve the performance of village officials, thus, village financial transparency will be well realized for the welfare of village communities through the development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal perusahaan yaitu peluang dan ancaman serta faktor internal Kampus STISIP Yuppentek, yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan, sebagai dasar penetapan manajemen strategi kampus dalam mengefisienkan dan mengefektifkan kinerja kampus dan perencanaan program kerja Kampus STISIP Yuppentek dalam 5 tahun mendatang. Dengan menggunakan analisis TOWS penetapan strategi Kampus STISIP Yuppentek disarankan untuk menggunakan stategi yang bersifat agresif (S-O), yaitu dengan menggencarkan promosi kampus yang sudah memiliki APS IP dan ABI nilai B dengan memanfaatkan banyaknya lulusan SLTA dan pendapatan masyarakat yang memadai dan meningkatkan kerjasama dengan organisasi pemerintah dan swasta dengan memanfaatkan keinginan masyarakat dalam menunjang karir pekerjaan. Abstract

Aviation safety depends on various factors, including the condition of the aircraft, the condition of the flight crew, infrastructure and natural factors, seen as a combination of various aspects such as quality, reliability, availability, stability and security. The problems of this research are: (1) How is Annex 17 implemented? regarding Aviation Security and Safety Supervision by Aviation Security at Soekarno Hattta Cengkareng Jakarta Airport? (2) What are the inhibiting factors in monitoring aviation security and safety by Aviation Security at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng Airport, Jakarta? The research method used in this research is normative empirical, with primary data and secondary data. Data collection procedures were carried out by conducting literature studies and field studies. The results of the research show, Implementation of Annex 17 concerning Aviation Security and Safety Supervision by Aviation Security at Soekarno Hattta Airport, Cengkareng, Jakarta. carried out through preventive and repressive supervision. Preventive supervision is carried out by conducting outreach activities on aviation safety regulations and to related parties at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng Airport, Jakarta, determining the operational performance of airport services and air transportation, and coordinating with government agencies and related parties at the airport. Repressive supervision is carried out by monitoring, inspecting and directly assessing all aspects related to aviation safety at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng Airport, Jakarta.
