The implementation process is also very long, it can take 1 week or even 1 month depending on the motifs and colors used. One of the community service activities (PKM) sponsored by IDRI (Republic of Indonesia Lecturers Association) is a batik cultural tourism, namely knowing and learning the process of making batik manually. The method of activity carried out is by listening to the methods and techniques of batik which then immediately tries to practice how the batik process is. The expected result is that batik culture can continue to be preserved by wearing batik clothes or products and encourage batik activities which are a tourism attraction as one of Indonesia's cultural heritage

Factors that cause changes in bank profitability can be seen from internal factors, namely CASA (Current Account Saving Account), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), BOPO (Operating Efficiency Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). The research object is the 10 Top Digital Banking Commercial Banks with the 2018-2021 financial report period. Processing and analysis of data using SPSS application version 25.00 with multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that CASA, LDR, BOPO had an effect on ROA and CAR had no effect on ROA

Abstract

The Students at SDN Puloampel consider the mathematics lessons to be complicated and boring. This is because the mathematics taught in school is different from the mathematics encountered in daily life. Therefore, the application of mathematics is necessary to help students understand its usefulness. Ethnomathematics is one approach that can be utilized to address this issue. Through the ecoprint approach using the pounding technique, it is hoped that the students at SDN Puloampel will gain an understanding of the benefits of mathematics in daily life, especially in geometric patterns. The goal of this activity is to explore the mathematical understanding of SDN Puloampel students through the ethnomathematics approach by conducting ecoprint activities using the pounding technique. The results of this activity show that most students have not yet mastered symmetrical positioning or the optimal placement of objects within a space. However, the students were deemed capable of measuring the provided canvas area. Additionally, the students were found to have a fairly high level of creativity. The ecoprint activity can serve as an opportunity for ethnomathematics activities to help students solve problems in everyday life

Abstract

Internship preparation activities to Japan are one of the activities of SMK PK (Center of Excellence) approved by the Ministry of Education, through the SMK PK budget. For Vocational High School (SMK) students, the internship program to Japan is an opportunity to improve work skills and get to know advanced culture and technology. However, students' readiness to face the challenges of this international internship is still a major obstacle. This article discusses the importance of a holistic approach in optimizing the preparation of SMK students for internships in Japan, which involves mastery of Japanese, understanding work culture, developing technical and non-technical skills, and physical and mental training. This holistic approach combines various aspects of education and self-development as a whole, so that students can adapt more easily and succeed in the internship program. In addition, collaboration between SMK, companies, and related institutions is needed to ensure effective implementation. Thus, this approach is expected to be able to create students who are ready to face global challenges and have superior competencies
