Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Samwon Copper Tube Indonesia Kabupaten Tangerang Metode. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 154 karyawan sebagai sampel. Dengan Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil. Hasil penelitian pada uji t terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan tabel bahwa  14,407 >  1,975 atau signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 demikian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kemudian, hasil statistik uji t terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan tabel bahwa  9,200 >  1,975 atau signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Implikasi. Hasil uji F dengan nilai  135,416 >  3,06. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, maka diperoleh nilai signifikansi tersebut 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa simultan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital and Cash Flow on Net Profit at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. The research method used in this study uses a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. 2013-2022. The statistical data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression and the Classical Assumption Test is carried out first, in addition to using the Hypothesis Test (T Test) and Simultaneous Test (F Test) statistical data processing is carried out using SPSS data processing software. From the multiple linear regression test, the results show that partially Working Capital has a significant effect partially on the Net Profit Level, the t-value is 3.259> 2.364 and the significance value is 0.014 <0.05. Cash Turnover does not have a significant effect on Net Profit obtained from the results of the calculated t value of 1.262 < 2.364 and a significance value of 0.247 > 0.05. Simultaneously, Working Capital and Cash Flow have a significant effect on Net Profit. This result is obtained from the calculated f value of 5.374 > ftable 4.74 and a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05. The Independent Variables of Working Capital and Cash Flow explain that there is an influence on the Net Profit Level of 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this paper.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Profit Margin on Stock Prices at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, to determine the effect of Current Ratio on Stock Prices at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, and to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio on Stock Prices at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, as well as to determine the effect of Gross Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio simultaneously on Stock Prices at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The independent variables used in this study are Gross Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio, while the dependent variable used in this study is Stock Price. The research method used is quantitative method using a descriptive approach. The population in this study is in the form of financial statements for 10 years, namely the 2015-2024 period. The results of the t test or partially this study indicate that Gross Profit Margin has a positive effect on Stock Price with tcount > ttable (2.885 > 2.447) and a significance level (0.028 < 0.05), Current Ratio has no significant effect on Stock Price with tcount < ttable (0.932 < 2.447) and significance level (0.387 > 0.05), and Price Earning Ratio has a positive effect on Stock Price with tcount > ttable (4.984 > 2.447) and significance level (0.002 < 0.05). The results of the F test or simultaneously this study indicate that Gross Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio have a positive effect on Stock Price with Fcount > Ftabel (10.388 > 4.76) and a significance level of (0.009 < 0.05).
