Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, keberadaan perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan dalam masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah tim pelaksana mengunjungi Yayasan Al-Kamilah yang beralamat di jalan Serua Raya Rt 03 Rw 05, Kel. Serua, Kec. Bojongsari – Depok serta melakukan Sosialisasi dan Edukasi yaitu suatu tindakan, proses, hasil atau pernyataan yang lebih baik. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan adanya kemajuan, peningkatan pertumbuhan, evolusi atas berbagai kemungkinan, berkembang atau peningkatan atas sesuatu. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah bertambahnya keilmuan dan keterampilan remaja Yayasan Al-Kamilah, khususnya di bidang Pemanfaatan Youtube Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Kreatif Tanpa Batas, baik dimasa normal maupun dimasa Pandemi Covid 19 seperti sekarang ini. Ilmu yang didapatkan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan dan memberikan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda, baik di lingkungan sekolah, kampus maupun masyarakat. Supaya PKM ini tepat sasaran, maka perlu diperhatikan metode pelaksanaan PKM. Adapun metode pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah dengan cara: 1. Metode Ceramah / Presentasi, 2. Metode Tanya Jawab. 3. Sharing Session Tentang Pemanfaatan Youtube Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Kreatif Tanpa Batas. Sharing session ini diberikan kepada para peserta guna mendorong remaja Yayasan Al-Kamilah untuk lebih aktif dalam meningkatkan kreatif dan kualitas pembelajaran melalui media sosial Youtube. Luaran dari hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan di publikasi pada jurnal internal kampus Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan berupa artikel di media sosial.Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran Kreatif, Pandemi Covid 19, Youtube

Abstract

This community service program (PKM) addresses the limited capacity of UMKM members of Gerakan Pemuda Ansor in Pagedangan, Tangerang, in preparing digital financial reports that are essential for improving access to external funding. The objective of this activity is to enhance participants’ understanding and skills in preparing digital-based financial statements to support better access to capital for MSMEs. The PKM was conducted at Balai Desa Cicalengka, Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency on 19 May 2026 by three lecturers from Universitas Pamulang, involving 32 participants from Gerakan Pemuda Ansor. Activities were implemented through material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, following preparation, implementation, and reporting stages. The results of the program show an increase in participants’ understanding of digital accounting systems and their ability to compile more structured and transparent financial reports using simple digital tools. This improvement is expected to strengthen the financial governance of MSMEs under Gerakan Pemuda Ansor and facilitate greater access to banking institutions and other funding sources. Overall, the PKM contributes to sustainable capacity building for MSME actors through digital financial literacy and practical reporting skills and supports long-term economic resilience within the community through continuous mentoring and follow-up assistance activities in a structured manner.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Tax Planning on Corporate Income Tax at PT Surya Cintapuri Pratama in 2023" which has not maximized Tax Planning. The aim is to describe how appropriate Tax Planning can minimize corporate income tax payments at PT Surya Cintapuri Pratama. This type of research uses primary data and quantitative research methods. The data used in this study is the annual financial report of PT Surya Cintapuri Pratama in 2023. In maximizing Tax Planning, the strategy that can be done is to make a nominative list related to entertainment costs, managing employee uniform expenses, managing employee medical expenses, managing policies on BPJS health and employment expenses, the use of methods gross-up in calculating employee salaries, management of health facilities, tax payments and reporting of tax due in accordance with applicable regulations and on time. The results showed that the tax planning resulted in tax savings of IDR 305.979.135. Tax Planning has a positive impact so that the cash flow available from tax savings can be maximized to support the company’s operational activities.

Abstract

Abstract. Bullying remains a common social issue in schools, negatively impacting students' psychological and social development, as well as their academic achievement. One social element that plays a crucial role in the emergence or reduction of bullying is peer support. This support includes acceptance by the social group, empathy, emotional support, and positive participation in daily interactions between students. This study aimed to examine how peer support influences bullying behavior in the school environment. We employed quantitative methods with a correlational design. We collected data using a questionnaire that assessed students' perceived peer support and the intensity of their bullying behavior. To analyze the data, we used regression techniques to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between these variables. The findings revealed that peer support significantly influenced bullying behavior; the stronger the support students perceived from peers, the less likely they were to engage in bullying. These results suggest that a supportive peer environment can act as a buffer against bullying in schools. Therefore, schools should design programs that increase solidarity, empathy, and positive support among students as a preventative measure to reduce bullying behavior.. Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of firm value by examining the roles of solvency, asset growth, and profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of eight leading firms selected through purposive sampling from 2018–2023, yielding 48 firm-year observations. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS to assess both partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that solvency has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value, indicating that higher debt levels may not necessarily enhance market perception. Conversely, asset growth and profitability exert positive and significant effects, implying that efficient asset management and strong earnings performance contribute to higher firm value. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence firm value, suggesting their collective importance in shaping investor confidence. These findings provide practical implications for managers and investors to strengthen financial decision-making and corporate performance in Indonesia’s food and beverage sector.
