Abstract

            Islam, di antara agama-agama yang ada di dunia, adalah satu-satunya agama yang menjunjung tinggi nilai kerja. Ketika masyarakat dunia pada umumnya menempatkan kelas pendeta dan kelas militer di tempat yang tinggi, Islam menghargai orang-orang yang berilmu, petani, pedagang, tukang dan pengrajin. Sebagai manusia biasa, mereka tidak diunggulkan dari yang lain, karena Islam menganut nilai persamaan di antara sesama manusia di hadapan manusia. Ukuran ketinggian derajat adalah ketakwaannya kepada Allah, yang diukur dengan iman dan amal salihnya.            Dalam suasana kehidupan yang sulit dewasa ini, umat Islam ditantang untuk bisa survive, dan membangun kembali tatanan kehidupannya–moral, ekonomi, sosial, politik dan sebagainya untuk membuktikan, bahwa rekomendasi Allah kepada umat Islam sebagai khaira ummah (umat terbaik) tidak salah alamat.[1] Dalam makalah ini, penulis ingin menampilkan salah satu kajian yang boleh jadi dianggap penting untuk didiskusikan bersama, yaitu tentang bagaimana sebenarnya etos kerja dalam perspektif Islam? Pertanyaan dan kajian ini penting karena ada sebagian kalangan dan analis berpendapat bahwa etos kerja umat Islam lemah dibandingkan negara-negara non-Muslim lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Profesional, Kompetensi Kepribadian dan Kompetensi Sosial terhadap kenerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dua ratus delapan puluh lima orang dosen dan mengambil tiga puluh lima persen sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak seratus orang dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dari penelitian menghasilkan persamaan sebagai berikut : Y = 0,940+0,149X1+0,319X2+0,325X3+0,046X4+e Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh, kompetensi professional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh, kompetensi kepribadian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Muhammdiyah Aceh dan kompetensi Sosial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Dan Secara simultan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh Kata kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik, Profesional, Kepribadian dan Sosial.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to find out the impact of the inflation rate,percapita income as wall as the interest rate on the household comsumption of the population of Aceh.Secondary data 1983 – 2008 are collected or couning from various ageucig and instution and ordinary least square econometric model used as a method of analysis.            The result of the study tells us that the rate of inflation and the percapita income hare positive and significoutly effect on the household consumtion while the rate of interest on the other hand statistically has a negative and not significant effect on the house hold consumption. The interest rate which reflect the influence of the consumption has a positive, not significantly and in elactic.

Abstract

This aim of this research is to know the influence of serving toward the satisfaction of midwifery department in department of health,  Aceh Province. The sample of this research is 70 students that it’s consisted of the second grade and the third grade of students which is taken randomly. Data collecting was carried out with questionnaires and data analysis with multiple linear regression.The results of research finds that it influence service toword the satisfaction of students of midwifery department in health department of Aceh Province. It’s better for students evaluation toward education service, it’s also higher to their satisfaction to the the department. Based on the results of evaluation statistical is know that F-testF-table, and t-test for each services are also bigger when it’s compared to t-table. So, it can be concluded, either simultan or partial, all dimensions of service quality that influence significant to the student satisfaction of midwifery department in department of health, Aceh Province.Keywords: satisfaction, influence of serving

Abstract

This community service is an activity that aims to improve skills in preparing calculating budgets for BUMG managers in Gampong Batoh, Lueng Bata District, Banda Aceh City. It is hoped that with this E-Budgeting Application Training, budget calculations preparation will be more effective. Village fund management is the budget most vulnerable to misuse or corruption. Village officials are the most corrupt officials in Indonesia according to ICW Lola Ester in Jakarta. The aim is to optimize expenditure according to needs and also as planning in managing finances in the village so that expenditure can be made according to the available budget, other things are aligning with strategic plans, coordinating activities from several departments, assigning responsibilities to families and evaluating performance.  Keyword : Apparatus, Training, E-Budgetting, Budget Calculations

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and workload on employee performance at PT. Pangan Makmur Saleh Famili in Aceh Besar Regency. Data was collected using questionnaires, and an associative method was employed to assess the impact of the independent variables (OHS and workload) on the dependent variable (employee performance), both individually and collectively. A census sampling technique was utilized, resulting in a sample of 40 employees from PT. Pangan Makmur Saleh Famili who agreed to participate as respondents. The findings indicate that, individually, both Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and workload significantly affect employee performance at PT. Pangan Makmur Saleh Famili.
