Abstract

Penelitian untuk memperoleh dosis pupuk organik dan anorganik yang tepat untuk efisiensi danmengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pupuk anorganik dilakukan dengan percobaan 4x4 faktorialmenggunakan masing-masing kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawi plus t dan pupuk anorganik , dengantiga perulangan yang dicoba mulai Juni sampai September 2007 di Jalan Tuar Kelurahan Medan Amplas, Kecamatan Mean Denai, Kotamadya Medan. Perlakuan terhadap kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit plus pada K0= kompos TKS tanpa penambahan , K1= Kompos TKS plus pupuk kandang, K3= Kompos TKS plus pupuk kandang dan pupuk. Perlakuan pupuk anorganik pada P0= tanpa pupuk anorganik, P1= 25% pupuk anorganik( 25kg urea, 37,5kg SP-36 dan 37,5 kg KCl), P2= 50% pupuk anorganik (50 kg urea, 75 kg SP-36 dan 75 kg KCl) dan P3= 100% pupuk anorganik (100 kg urea, 150 kg SP-36 dan 150 kg KCl). Kompos TKS plus dapat meningkatkan produksi dan pertumbuhan kacang kedelai, hasil paling tinggi diperoleh pada kompos TKS plus pupuk kandang plus perlakuan dengan pupuk diikuti oleh kompos TKS plus pupuk dan kompos TKS plus pupuk kandang. Pupuk anorganik dapat meningkatkan produksi dan pertumbuhan kacang kedelai, yang paling tinggi diperoleh padapenambahan 100% pupuk anorganik. Dosis pupuk organic dan anorganik yang tepat tidak diperolehkarena interaksi keduanya tidak signifikan.Kata kunci: kacang kedelai, kompos TKS plus, pupuk anorganik.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify local wisdom is ever existed  rubber plant (from past done but did not do it present), which is still carried out and the rubber farmers who were past and the present  do,  and which were not past done but present do of rubber farmers. This research  uses survey and SnowBall Sampling method in finding the proper respondent to obtain the 15 respondents consisting of 1) Farmers Rubber, 2) Ninik Mamak, 3) Religious Leaders, 4) Apparatus Village, 5) members of farmer groups, 6) Patron(Induk Semang). Methods interviews were conducted to obtain information about local wisdom rubber plants. Descriptive and qualitative analysis in preparing this research. Criteria that respondents who sought rubber farmers who have long experience and the cultivation of local wisdom to know the rubber plant. The results showed that local wisdom of rubber plant by the farmers in cultivation in 1) Land Clearing  that are amounted 21 local wisdom, 2) Nurseries amounted 5 local wisdom 3) Planting amounted 9 local wisdom,  4) The period before production amounted 2 local wisdom,  5) Maintenance amounted 18 local wisdom and 6) Rejuvenation amounted  4 local wisdom, 6) Rubber tapping amounted 15 local wisdom,  7) Processed Materials Rubber amounted 4 local wisdom,  8) Marketing amounted  4 local wisdom. The total local wisdom of rubber plant that 82 local wisdom. Application of local wisdom rubber plant is dominated by the activity pattern of human behavior, actions / activities that reflect the daily life of the local community and religion.   Keywords: Local Wisdom, Rubber Plant, Rubber Farmers, Past, Present

Abstract

Vocational high school curriculum aimed to prepare pupils for careers in specific industries. Student learning results are significantly impacted by the vocational school learning process. Students' comprehension at SMKN 1 Lhoknga is still deficient since the learning model used is not as effective in maximizing the growth of students' understanding. Applying the Think Pair Share learning paradigm, which is in line with the learner-centered curriculum, is one option to solve this issue. This study employs a quantitative methodology and involved 27 pupils in class X TITL SMKN 1 Lhoknga. Questionnaires and observation sheets are the tools employed. The findings demonstrated that, according to the Think Pair Share learning model, students' average level of activity was 79, with a trend of 79 > 73.3, placing them in the very high category. The percentage of students who responded is 77.04%. it can be concluded that the utilization of the Think Pair Share approach can raise students' engagement with basic electrical materials, according to the study's findings.

Abstract

Sebagai filosofi utama negara Indonesia, Pancasila memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong kemajuan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Ini adalah penelitian tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila berkontribusi pada pengembangan dan inovasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan, bermartabat, dan bermoral. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana Pancasila dapat berfungsi sebagai landasan filosofis dan moral untuk kemajuan teknologi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis literatur. Pancasila tidak sekadar menjadi filosofi statis, melainkan kerangka dinamis untuk memandu pengembangan IPTEK di era digital dan transformasi teknologi yang semakin kompleks. Studi ini menunjukkan bagaimana setiap sila dapat diterjemahkan menjadi prinsip-prinsip etis dalam inovasi teknologi, mulai dari pertimbangan moral dan spiritual hingga aspek kemanusiaan yang inklusif. Kajian mendalam menunjukkan bahwa Pancasila dapat berfungsi sebagai kompas etis 2 yang dapat mengarahkan kemajuan teknologi agar tetap selaras dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, keadilan sosial, dan keberlanjutan.
