Abstract

 ABSTRAKAplikasi secara umum dibagi menjadi 3 platform yaitu desktop, web, dan mobile. Aplikasi mobile adalah teknologi yang paling banyak digunakan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan smartphone yang semakin canggih. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile memiliki banyak metode yang bisa digunakan, salah satunya adalah metode agile. Metode ini merupakan salah satu metode yang terkenal karena dianggap aktual dan mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review yang menampilkan analisis metode agile dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile yang mencakup total X makalah yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengetahui tren model apa saja yang digunakan dalam metode agile, 2) Mengetahui bidang apa saja yang mengimplementasikan metode agile dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis mobile. Berdasarkan hasil review dari 44 literatur, dengan manjawab research question yang ada, model metode agile yang paling sering digunakan dengan presentase 41% adalah XP (Extreme Programming), selanjutnya fokus bidang yang paling banyak dijadikan tema penelitian dengan persentase 23% adalah pada bidang produktivitas. Kata Kunci:  Aplikasi Mobile, Literatur Review, Metode Agile. ABSTRACTApplications are generally divided into 3 platforms, namely desktop, web and mobile. Mobile applications are the most widely used technology, supported by increasingly sophisticated smartphone developments. Mobile-based application development has many methods that can be used, one of which is the agile method. This method is one of the well-known methods because it is considered up-to-date and easy to use. This study uses a systematic literature review method which displays agile method analysis in mobile-based application development which includes a total of X papers published from 2015 to 2020. This study aims to answer several research questions, namely: 1) Knowing the trends of the models used in the research. agile methods, 2) Knowing what fields implement agile methods in developing mobile-based applications. Based on the results of a review of 44 literatures, by answering existing research questions, the agile method models most often used with a percentage of 41% is XP (Extreme Programming), then the focus of the field that is most used as a research theme with a percentage of 23% is in the field of productivity. Keywords: Mobile Application, Literature Review, Agile Methodology.

Abstract

Knowledge management is an activity that organizations use to achieve goals and gain competitive advantages. This study features a systematic literature review that discusses the implementation of knowledge management in organizations covering 39 articles published from 2015 to 2020. This study aims to answer four research questions. The results show that the trend of knowledge management research in Indonesia is dominated by research related to the designing of knowledge management systems. The application of knowledge management in Indonesia has been applied in various fields. There are various models and methods that can be used in creating a knowledge management system

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn determining advertising, businesses use social media to find out the responses of their followers. Gojek Indonesia is one of the company in Indonesia who uses Twitter social media as a means to do advertising. The purpose of this research is to find out the type of tweet content that is mostly retweeted and favorite by Gojek Indonesian followers so that it can be used to do advertising to Twitter users. The collection of tweet data from Twitter is done by integrating Twitter API and R programming language using R Studio tools. The data analysis method uses text mining and for the clustering process uses K-means. The results of this study obtained a number of 2 cluster tweets. Based on the calculation of the average number of retweets in each cluster, it was found that the type of content with the most retweets was related to the quiz program and the introduction of Gojek Indonesia’s products. Gojek Indonesia business people can use the retweet and favorite features as a means of advertising Twitter users.Keywords: advertising, gojek indonesia, text mining, k-means clustering, twitterABSTRAKDalam penentuan advertising, pelaku bisnis menggunakan media sosial untuk mengetahui respon dari para followers-nya. Gojek Indonesia merupakan salah satu pelaku bisnis di Indonesia yang menggunakan media sosial Twitter sebagai sarana untuk melakukan advertising. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jenis konten tweets yang banyak dilakukan retweet dan favorite oleh followers Gojek Indonesia sehingga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan advertising kepada pengguna Twitter. Pengumpulan data tweets dari Twitter dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan Twitter API dan bahasa pemograman R menggunakan tools R Studio. Metode analisis data menggunakan text mining dan untuk klasterisasi menggunakan K-means. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan sejumlah 2 klaster tweets. Berdasarkan perhitungan jumlah rata-rata retweet pada tiap klaster, didapatkan bahwa jenis konten dengan retweet terbanyak yaitu terkait program kuis dan perkenalan produk Gojek Indonesia. Pelaku bisnis Gojek Indonesia dapat menggunakan fitur retweet dan favorite sebagai sarana untuk melakukan advertising kepada pengguna Twitter.Kata Kunci: advertising, gojek indonesia, text mining, k-means clustering, twitter

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to know e-accessibility for users with disabilities. This study uses a descriptive research methodology with a qualitative approach. The subjects involved in this study were people with disabilities. Data obtained by conducting a literature study. The results of this study are the principle of e-accessibility in designing the User Interface (UI) must be considered because it will affect the User Experience (UX), so that internet users, especially users with disabilities have good accessibility so that it can be more easily to obtain information.
