Abstract

Sari. Seruni merupakan tanaman bunga yang paling banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia dalam lima tahun terakhir, baik untuk pasar domestik maupun ekspor. Tingginya permintaan bunga potong menuntut pula tingginya kualitas bunga. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan pemberian pupuk organik tandan kelapa sawit (TKS) pada media tanam untuk pemenuhan nutrisi dan perbaikan media tanam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari efek interaksi varietas dan macam pupuk organik tandan kosong kelapa sawit terhadap pertumbuhan dan kualitas bunga pada tanaman seruni. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2018 di Setiya Aji Flower Farm Bandungan Semarang Jawa Tengah dengan ketinggian tempat 800 meter di atas permukaan laut. Percobaan diatur dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor I adalah varietas seruni yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu Selena, Yulimar, dan Marimar. Macam pupuk organik TKS terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu kompos TKS 20 ton/ha dan ATKS 20 ton/ha. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh tidak terjadi interaksi antara varietas dan macam pupuk organik Tandan Kosong Sawit (TKS) pada tinggi tanaman, luas daun, saat munculnya bunga, umur panen, diameter bunga, dan umur pajang tanaman. Hasil uji mandiri menunjukkan bahwa varietas berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, saat munculnya bunga, umur panen, diameter bunga, dan umur pajang. Macam pupuk organik TKS menunjukkan berpengaruh secara mandiri terhadap tinggi tanaman.Kata Kunci: seruni, kompos, abu, tandan kosong kelapa sawit, kualitas bunga Abstract. Chrysanths was most cultivated flower crop in Indonesia at the last five years. It was traded in the domestic and export market. Highly chrysanths demand influence high quality of flower.  One of the efforts is giving empty fruit bunches (EFB) of palm oil as organic fertilizer to the growing media. The objectives to be achieved in this study is to determine interaction effect of varieties and types of EFB fertilizer on growth and quality of flowers of chrysanths. This research was conducted from July to October 2018 at Setiya Aji Flower Farm, Bandungan, Semarang, Central Java, with altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The experiment was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of two factors and three replications. First factor was chrysanth varieties that consisted of 3 levels: Selena, Yulimar, and Marimar. Second factor was types of EFB organic fertilizer that consisted of 2 levels: EFB compost 20 t.ha-1, and EFB ash 20 t.ha-1. The results showed that there were no interaction effect between chrysanth varieties and types of EFB fertilizer on plant height, leaf area, flowering time, harvest time, flower diameter, and vase time of chrysanth. Single effect of variety influenced plant height, flowering time, harvest time, flower diameter, and vase time, while types of EFB fertilizer influenced plant height. Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the influence Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration to growth, yield and to bridle of blas attack at rice plant. This research have been conducted on November 10th 2021 until January 12th 2022 in seeding of breeding, fish and made insiminasi Begajah village, Sukoharjo Subdistrik, Sukoharjo regency, at Regosol soil type with the place hight 120 meters above the sea level. This research represent the factorial attempt use Randomized Completely Design (RCD), consisted of two treatment and three replications. The first factor were Trichoderma harzianum concentration (T), consisted of three level (T0 = 0 cc/l, T1 = 10 cc/l and T2 = 20 cc/l). The second factor were Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration (M) consisted of three level (M0 = 0 cc/l, M1 = 10 cc/l and M2 = 20 g/l). The result of this research showed was : Trichoderma harzianum Concentration treatment significant toward height of plant, dry weight of crown, very significant toward blas attack intensity, fresh weight of crown, dry weight of harvesting grain per stool and was not significant toward weight of 1000 grain. Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder Concentration treatment significant toward height of plant, dry weight of crown, very significant toward blas attack intensity, fresh weight of crown, dry weight of harvesting grain per stool and was not significant toward weight of 1000 grain. Interaction between Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration treatment was not significant toward of all parameters. The blas attack intensity lowest 4,49%, mached from treatment combination T2M2 (to gift of Trichoderma harzianum concentration at 20 cc/l and Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration at 20 cc/l), can to produce dry weight of harvesting grain highest 41,29 g/stool. The blas attack intensity highest 45,68%, mached from treatment combination T0M0 (without to gift of Trichoderma harzianum and without to gift of Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration), can to produce dry weight of harvesting grain lowest 29,11 g/stool.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the best concentration of aloe vera POC on the growth and yield of cucumber plants, to determine the time interval of giving the best aloe vera POC to the growth and yield of cucumber plants, and to determine the effect of the interaction of concentration and frequency of aloe vera POC on the growth and yield of cucumber plants. . This research was carried out from March 2022 to April 2022 in Hamlet Kepoh, Tohudan Village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency. This study used the Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method which consisted of two factors. The first factor is the time interval of giving aloe vera POC (I) which consists of 3 levels. The second factor is the concentration of aloe vera POC solution (K) which consists of 4 levels of analysis of variance analysis with the F test or diversity test at the level of 5% and 1%. If each treatment was significantly different, it was continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results of this study indicate that the time interval treatment of aloe vera POC (I) showed the best effect on the parameters of observing the number of fruits (2.42), fruit length (20.83 cm), dry bean weight (38.33 g), weight fresh chestnut (254.17 g) and root length (43.84 cm). The treatment of aloe vera POC concentration (K) showed the best effect on the parameters of the fresh weight (261.11 g). The interaction between concentration and time interval of aloe vera POC administration (I X K) showed the best effect on the observed parameters of root length (50 cm).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how growth regulator concentration and type affect lime shoot cuttings (Citrus aurantifolia) growth. From November 2022 to February 2023, this study was carried out in Dusun III Pandanan Dukuh Biru RT 03/RW 01, Wonosari District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. At an elevation of about 118 meters above sea level, the research site is located. This study employed a CRD (completely randomized design) with two factors, namely three ZPT types at (Z1: extract of onions, Z2: coconut water, and Z3: IBA Chemical Hormones) and growth regulator concentrations (K1: 25%, K2: 50% , K3 : 75%). There were 108 experimental units totaling 36 with four replications and three sample plants each. The percentage of living cuttings, the age at which shoots appeared, the height of shoots, the number of leaves, the number of shoots, and root length were the parameters that were observed. used the One-Way ANOVA test of variance (Test F) at the levels of 5% and 1% to analyze the data. at a level of 5%, continued the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) examination. According to the findings of the research, the treatment of various types of PGR significantly affects the age of shoot emergence, plant height, and number of leaves. ZPT concentration had a significant impact on plant height and root length, but there was no significant interaction between the two in any of the observed parameters.
