Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation variable, job satisfaction, and work ability to employee performance. The object of this research is a company operating in the field of logistics or freight forwarder. The method used in this research is descriptive method and causality with multipleregression method to test the hypothesis. This research use Nonprobability Sampling technique with Saturation Sampling method. Respondents used in this study were 60 employees. Technique of collecting data by using questionnaire. The results showed that the motivation of work does not affect the performance of employees, but job satisfaction and work ability affect the employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work experience, work motivation, and educational background on employee performance at the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Hospital. The simple random sampling technique was used with a total sample of 136 respondents of civil servant employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 24 statement items. They were using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of all dependent variables on independent variables. The results showed that work motivation and educational background had an influence on employee performance, but work experience variables did not have an impact on the performance of employees of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Hospital.

Abstract

MBKM is a program by the government that aims to eliminate the skills gap between current manpower available to the industry needs. This report explains the writer’s experience during the internship program at PT Tirta Investama (Danone Indonesia) as Profit and Revenue Growth Analyst. In the program, the writer is assigned to do monthly finance reporting, involved in digitalization project, analyzed a certain business case, and built sales support dashboard. This internship experience helps the writer to develop the skills more, such as communication skills, ability to work in team, and another technical ability such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI. A few administrative technicalities should be improved in order to make this program better

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, communication as independent variables on the performance of employees of the resin work unit production section at PT. PBI. The form of research in this study is descriptive statistics and causality with multiple regression analysis methods to test hypotheses. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and used 112 respondents who were permanent employees at PT. PBI, and the data of this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale. The results of this study show that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance, while communication has no influence on the performance of PT employees. PBI part of resin work unit production. This is possible because the work pattern of employees in the production section of the resin work unit is mechanistic which can eliminate the role of communication. Leadership and discipline factors for companies are important aspects to improve performance.
