Abstract

Higher education is a place for students to learn to prepare for the future, within the college there is an organization which is one of the places for students to develop their potential. The title of this research is the Effect of Student Activity in Organizing Against the Learning Discipline of PAI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Students. This study aims to find out: how active students are in organizing, how student learning discipline is and is there an influence of student activity in organizing student discipline in Islamic Education study programs. This research is descriptive in nature which means the researcher wants to describe or give an objective picture by giving questions to respondents so that they get the answers they need. This study uses a quantitative approach. The poulasi in this study were 2018 Islamic Religious Education students who were active in organizing. The analysis in this study using statistical figures and scores processed by the process of moving data into the form of distribution tables, then calculating the correlation index between the two variables with the product moment correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that the activeness of students in organizing into the medium frequency category with a percentage of 67.3%, while the discipline of learning into the medium frequency category with a percentage of 67.3%. Then the results of this research that the effect of student activeness in organizing learning discipline has a significant effect with a correlation coefficient of 0.623 and has a comparison value greater than the coefficient of the table (r table) that is equal to 0, 265 at a significant level of 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values ​​of uploading ungguh attitudes in Javanese society in Enggal Rejo Village and to describe what factors affect the erosion of the values ​​of the uploading attitude in society Javanese people in Enggal Rejo Village. This research is a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were teenagers and parents of Javanese descent living in Enggal Rejo Village and collecting research data through three primary sources: direct observation (observation), document analysis, and in-depth interviews. To improve the accuracy of the data, the researchers used triangulation and data analysis using the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study are: (1) The form of the value of the upload-ungguh attitude in the Javanese community in the Enggal Rejo Village, Jalan Air Salek is to maintain politeness in behavior, maintain the Javanese language in communication, continue to get used to mutual cooperation activities, and respect older people in communicating. say hello; and (2) the factors that influence the shift in the value of uploading-ungguh among adolescents in enggal Rejo village are environmental factors, associations, the area occupied, understanding of parents, and a sense of love for the value of upload-ungguh attitude itself.

Abstract

This study aims to see the management of PQ4R learning in improving students' mathematical understanding. This research is an experimental study. The population in this study was grade VIII MTs Negeri 2 Way Kanan students, the sample in this study was taken by random class technique, by lottery which aimed to take samples that had the same ability so that 37 students of grade VIII A were obtained as an experimental class using the PQ4R strategy and class VIII B totaling 39 students as a control class using expository strategies. After learning in the experimental class and control class for five meetings, continued with data collection. In the data collection process, the author uses tests, documentation and data analysis consisting of pretest and posttest. The research method used to see the magnitude of the influence, data analysis is calculated using the normalized gain formula (N-Gain) then to see the magnitude of the influence a t-test is carried out. The results showed that the average N-Gain obtained by the experimental class was 0.61 while the average gain of the control class was 0.54. Based on the results of analysis and data processing using the t-test, tcount =  2.633 > ttable = 1.992, with a significant level of 5%. Since t counts > ttable then Ho is rejected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PQ4R strategy has a significant influence in improving the mathematical understanding of grade VIII MTs Negeri 2 Way Kanan students

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of the principles of learning evaluation is carried out in MA Aulia Cendikia. Knowing how the application of the principles of learning evaluation is carried out, it is expected to serve as an evaluation material to improve the quality of education. This research uses descriptive research method, with qualitative approach through observation, interview and documentation using Datan Miles and Huberman analysis techniques. The results of this research are the principles of learning assessment has been conducted, including the principle of integration, pedagogical principles, accountability principles, contingency principles, cooperative principles and there is a principle that is not able to apply in learning assessment activities such as the principle of objectivity.Factors that influence the application of learning evaluation principles to improve student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith MA Aulia Cendikia Palembang subject are school administration policies that require teachers to create learning evaluation plans, motivation, teacher's ability to master the material, limited learning hours, teacher accountability and learning infrastructure that really needs to be considered to support this smooth process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This community service activity through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program aims to increase the added value of cassava products in Penandingan Village, Sungai Rotan District, Muara Enim Regency, by developing a new way to process cassava into caramel sponge cake. Because cassava is still sold in its raw form, the selling value of cassava is low. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a participatory approach through production practices, community mentoring, interviews, and observations. The results of the activity show that processing cassava into caramel sponge cake can increase the monetary value of the product, encourage people to become entrepreneurs, and open up home business opportunities based on local potential. In addition to increasing social cooperation and creativity of the village community, this innovation increases economic value. This product may become a competitive village product with further assistance in licensing, packaging, and marketing.   Keyword: Food innovation, cassava, added value, community empowerment, village creative economy   ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk singkong di Desa Penandingan, Kecamatan Sungai Rotan, Kabupaten Muara Enim, dengan mengembangkan cara baru untuk mengolah singkong menjadi bolu karamel. Karena singkong masih dijual dalam bentuk mentah, nilai jual singkong rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui praktik produksi, pendampingan masyarakat, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan singkong menjadi bolu singkong karamel dapat meningkatkan nilai moneter produk, mendorong orang menjadi wirausahawan , dan membuka peluang bisnis rumahan yang berbasis pada potensi lokal. Selain meningkatkan kerja sama sosial dan kreativitas masyarakat desa, inovasi ini meningkatkan nilai ekonomi. Produk ini mungkin menjadi produk unggulan desa yang berdaya saing dengan pendampingan lanjutan dalam hal perizinan, pengemasan, dan pemasaran.
