Abstract

Puskesmas as the spearhead of public health services are required to always improve the quality of service delivery, both in the administration of primary health care management, clinical services, and primary health care program services. Accreditation is one of the efforts to ensure the quality improvement of primary health care services. Primary health care must compile medical records in accordance with the standards and criteria set by the first level health facility accreditation commission. It becomes a problem if the Puskesmas does not yet have human resources in the field of medical records, included the Karang Intan 2 primary health care. For this reason, primary health care need to increase the knowledge of its officers about managing medical record units and health information. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of officers in managing the medical record unit at the Karang Intan 2 primary health care. This method of community service activities is carried out by provided learning about medical records to three medical record officers, then continued with guidance and consultation as well as monitored and evaluation to ensure a change for the better in the management of the medical record unit at the Karang Intan 2 primary health care. The result of this activity was an increased in the knowledge and skills of the medical record unit officers.

Abstract

Based on the constitution no. 36 in 2009 on Health in subsection 130 and 132, that are fully immunized is the government's obligation to provide as well as infant and child rights for Indonesia to obtain it. Based on data obtained from Liang Anggang Health Center Banjarbaru in 2014, from infant immunization coverage of 306 infants cumulative targets in 2014, immunized HB0 (93.1%), BCG (83.0%), DPT 1 / HB1 (84.5%), DPT 3 / HB3 (83.2%), Polio 1 (83%), Polio 4 (83.2%) and measles (84.2%). While the target of the complete basic immunization coverage is HB0 Banjarbaru health office (80%), BCG (95%), DPT/HB1 (95%), DPT / HB3 (90%), Polio1 (95%), Polio4 (90%) and measles (90%). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between level of education and occupation with mothers accuracy in fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants in the working area Liang Anggang Health Centers in 2015. This study is analytic survey research using cross sectional approach to the design of Chi square test. Sample were taken as many as 75 people using random sampling techniques. Results show the mother's education with basic education level of 30 people (40%), maternal employment status is not working as many as 45 people (60%), mother accuracy in meeting imunsasi schedule there are 53 people (70.7%). There was a corellation between maternal education to the fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants Liang Anggang Health Center working area 2015 by using the Chi-square test p value obtained (0,026) <α (0,05), and there was no corellation between maternal occupation with accuracy to fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants by using the Chi-square test p value obtained (0.379)> α (0,05). Expected to parents in order to increase knowledge about the importance of the provision of basic immunization of infants and improve compliance mother in immunization.

Abstract

Hepatitis B disease is liver cells inflammation or infection that caused by the hepatitis B virus. This can be acute or chronic and categorized as the most dangerous liver disease compared to other liver diseasebecause, hepatitis Bis a disease shows less obvious symptoms, it only shows a drops of yellow color on the eyes and the skin and followedby lethargic body. Hepatitis B virus can be found in the body fluids, such as blood, saliva, feces, urine, sperm, and vaginal fluid. In epidemiology,hepatitis B virus can be transmitted in two ways, vertically and horizontally. The disease can be detectedthrough an examination of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) which is a surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus. This research is aimed to know the factors that influence the incidence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) reactive in maternity at the Hospital TK. III Dr. R Soeharsono Banjarmasin in 2017. This research use analytic methods in labour. Based on the results of the statistical tests on several variables by using the chi square, it showed that the age obtained a value of p is 0.003, the behavior obtained the value of p is 0.001, the job obtained on the value of p is 0,016, and the environment obtained value of p is 0.001 which can be concluded that these four variables have an effect on the incidence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Reactive. Therefore, it is expected for the mother in order to reduce the use of sharp objects, household appliances simultaneously and it is expected for them to get the vaccine or treatment for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Reactive.

Abstract

Workload is the number of types of work that must be completed by professional health workers in 1 (one) year in one health service facility. Planning for Human Resources (HR) needs can be done by calculating using the ABK Kes method. The medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru has 6 officers, consisting of 3 counter 1 officer and 3 counter 2 officers. All medical record unit officers often have other jobs. This causes the workload of the officers to be more. This study aimed to determine the workload and needs of Human Resources (HR) in the medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru. This research used a descriptive method. The results and conclusions of this study were the workload in the medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method was overloaded, meaning the workload was high. The need for Human Resources (HR) in the medical record unit of the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru using the ABK Kes method was 7 people, meaning that the Human Resources (HR) was still lacking, especially at counter 2 requiring the addition of 1 officer.
