Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Faktor Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Distribusi PT. Pertamina Persero TBBM Pontianak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan Bagian Distribusi, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Distribusi PT. Pertamina Persero TBBM Pontianak. Abstract This study entitled "Analysis of Factors Influence Work Motivation Factors Against Employee Performance Parts Distribution PT. The purpose of this study is to reveal the motivation and performance of employees of distribution, and to know how much influence the motivation to work simultaneously and partially on the performance of the employees of Distribution PT.
