Abstract

INA-CBG’s is an abbreviation for Indonesia Case-Base Group is an application that uses the hospital to make a claim to the government. Completeness of the contents of the patient file file is very important because in the medical record information contains certain diagnosis. Based on the results of a survey conducted by researchers obtained 70% incomplete primary action diagnostic file and 60% incomplete secondary action diagnostic file and no tariffs increase. This study aims to determine the Influence of diagnosis of actions in Childbirth Cases based on ICD-9CM against CBGs-INA rates on JKN Patients. This research uses analytical method with Chi-square test. The population in this study were all JKN patient files in childbirth cases at Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital in January-March 2018 of 186 patients., which uses a calculation Slovin, sample taken as many as 127 files using purposive sampling. Based on the results of bivariate analysis obtained there was an influence between the completeness file of the diagnosis of primary and secondary action against INA- CBGs rates on JKN patiens.

Abstract

Function of medical record documents for hospitals is as a source of information in order to carry out planning, analysis, decision making, assessment and accountability as well as possible. In order to support the creation of successful storage, observation, and maintenance of medical record documents, it is necessary to have basic archival provisions, namely place, infrastructure, document maintenance from danger and damage. This study aimed to see the implementation of the maintenance of medical record documents in the outpatient Filing room of the medical record unit at the Suaka Insan Hospital, Banjarmasin. The method used in this research was descriptive case study. The results of the research carried out, from a number of 100 samples of medical record documents found damage to the physical aspect only as much as 7%, damage to the chemical aspect alone as much as 3%, damage to the biological aspect alone as much as 6% because the medical record document care had not been maximized by the officers.

Abstract

Hospital’s services depending on the service’s quality. Professional service on registration in the hospital can be arranged through the ability of officers in providing information, the speed and timeliness of service, responsiveness and reliability. This research aims to know the description of patient satisfaction BPJS on quality of service TPPRJ in hospital Bhayangkara Tk.III Banjarmasin. The research method used is descriptive. The population of this research are all patients BPJS who came for the medication to the registration site outpatients with a population of 1085 patients in January – March 2018. The sampling techniques used in this research was simple random sampling as much as 97 sample. The technique analysis of univariate data. The research results obtained largely satisfied as much as 62 people, as many as 44 tangibles dimension of satisfied people, dimensions Reability satisfied as much as 49 people, the dimension of Responsiveness is satisfied as much as 55 people, dimensions Assurance satisfied as much as 51 people, dimensions Emphaty satisfied as many as 49 people
