Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial, optimisme dan harapan dengan kesiapan kerja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII sekolah menengah kejuruan dengan jurusan farmasi di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan jumlah 201 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala dukungan sosial, skala optimisme, skala harapan dan skala kesiapan kerja. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi diperoleh nilai F sama dengan 65,699 dan p sama dengan 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,05), hal ini menunjukan bahwa dukungan sosial, optimisme dan harapan secara simultan ada hubungan dengan kesiapan kerja (hipotesis diterima). Sedangkan secara parsial diperoleh nilai p sama dengan 0,034  (p kurang dari 0,05) untuk dukungan sosial dengan kesiapan kerja, p sama dengan 0,040 (p kurang dari 0,05) untuk optimisme dengan kesiapan kerja dan p sama dengan 0,537 (p lebih dari 0,05) untuk harapan dengan kesiapan kerja. Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan secara masing-masing antara dukungan sosial dan optimisme dengan kesiapan kerja, serta tidak terdapat hubungan antara harapan dengan kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui robustness Model Logistik 1 Parameter (ML 1-P), Model Logistik 2 Parameter (ML 2-P) dan Model Logistik 3 Parameter (ML 3-P) terhadap pelanggaran Asumsi Independensi Lokal Butir (ILB). Penelitian ini menggunakan data simulasi yang dibangkitkan dengan 40 butir, 500 simuli, dan 10 replikasi untuk setiap model. Skor-skor batas dibangun berdasakan pelanggaran Asumsi ILB 0 - 100% yang dihasil-kan dengan menggunakan 1- 40 kelompok butir sedangkan kategori-kategori skor dibangun berdasarkan dampak pelanggaran Asumsi ILB terhadap struktur dari matriks data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang paling robust terhadap pelanggaran Asumsi ILB adalah ML 1-P dengan skor batas 31,71% (kategori pelanggaran berat) diikuti ML 2-P dengan skor batas 12,1% (kategori pelanggaran sedang), dan ML 3-P dengan skor batas 7,68% (kategori pelanggaran sedang). Kata kunci: model-model respons butir, robustness, independensi lokal butir ______________________________________________________________ROBUSTNESS MODEL-MODEL RESPONS BUTIR TERHADAP PELANGGARAN ASUMSI INDEPENDENSI LOKAL BUTIRAbstract The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the robustness of the 1-PLM, 2-PLM, and 3-PLM, against violation of the Local Item Independence (LII) Assumption based on cut-off scores and score categories. The investigation used simulated data generated with 40 items, 500 simulees, and 10 replications for each model. The cut-off scores were built based-on 0 – 100% violations of the LII Assumption that were introduced using 1- 40 item clusters. The score categories in this study were built based-on impact of the violations of the LII Assumption to the structure of data matrix. The result showed that the most robust model was 1-PLM with cut-off score 31,71% (heavy violation category) followed by 2-PLM with cut-off score 12,1% (moderate violation category), and 3-PLM with cut-off score 7,68% (moderate violation category). Abstract

The research aimed to gain insights into the quality of four-year program vocational high school (VHS) in Indonesia compared to four-year program VHS. This research was conducted based on the school graduate standard, business sector and industrial sector (or Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI)) – or the performance of the graduates and alumni (the graduates’ satisfaction). The research was conducted using Discrepancy Evaluation Model using 16 VHSs (eight four-year program VHSs and eight three-year program VHSs). The result shows that from the standpoint of the school, the graduates of the four-year program VHS are higher in quality than those of the three-year program VHS. The four-year program VHS graduates are more qualified in seven aspects: teamwork, discipline, tenacity, theoretical knowledge, confidence, creativity, and leadership. Meanwhile, using DUDI standpoint, the four-year program VHS graduates are also higher in quality than the three-year program VHS graduates. In addition, the four-year program VHS graduates are better in the quality of their discipline, tenacity, theoretical knowledge, practical skills, confidence, carefulness, creativity, and leadership. The four-year program VHS graduates have a higher level of satisfaction in terms of income than the three-year program VHS graduates. The higher quality of the four-year program VHS graduates has resulted from longer duration of the internship program (PKL) that provides them with reliable experience and skills concerning work-related problem-solving activities.
