Abstract

Since 2003 Bali Concord II that  sett up  (ASEAN Economic Community/AEC, Indonesia has been engaged in the efforts of strengthening the country especially setting forth economic policy that is condusive to achieving the country’s level of competition. The paper shall deal with challenges that Indonesia has faced in the issue. The challenges that are identified include balance of trade, dependable entrepreneurs, and rate of productivity of manpower.How has the government come up with sound economic policies? The account finds that the most recent economic policies of Joko Widodo have not achieved better results in coping the cahallenges. Keywords : Economic policy, State, Competition, ASEAN Economic Community.

Abstract

Keragaan analysis of economics structure to industry smoke in Indonesia indicate that this industry have given constribute which good signifikan as spillway peacemaker of absorbtion of labour and also as one of the source of acceptance of state from within country. But that way affect cigarette to environment and health require to get serious attention. Cigarette industry have request price elasticity which is in elastic, market structure which is oligopoly, good pursuant to consentration ratio and also of Herfindahl Index. Characteristic product at industry smoke is heterogeneous, and also the existence of industrial kluster in unlucky and holy enable the existence of production efficiency. New entry barrier represent one of the characteristic found on industry smoke in Indonesia.

Abstract

Economic development of a country restx heavily on the presence of entrepreneurs who are competent and qualified to run business. How should a businessman be described and developed? The paper tries to give a comprehensive decription of entrepreneurs including the necessity to have several qualificatios of a good entrepreneur.  At the end of the paper suggestions are made on how the knowledge , skills and attitude are implemented in practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is giving a comprehensive and critical explanation about necessary action or effort which should be carried out to overcome the Freeport’s dilemma connected with Science Philosophy, Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The data discussed in this study is a secondary data obtained mainlyfrom web sites and on line media (2005 and 2007). The result of the study showed that most of the comments by Freeport’s managements in their report didn’t support the real condition. Business Ethics Implementation, CSR and GCG at the company were basically uncertain and doubtful in supporting the sustainable development. Freeport has been a dilemma which is necessary to be handled wisely by respective stakeholders’ necessity of the company both primary and secondary. It is necessary for that reason to create ownership proportionality, to determine the rule and regulation and to conduct the law enforcement in accordance with law resemblance.

Abstract

The development of the tourism industry should be supported by skilled human resources, these resources can be printed from the high schools of tourism that prepare educators with the provision of science in accordance with industry demands. Improving the quality of education is something that must be done so that we are able to compete with foreign graduates by producing competent and professional learners. Improvement of quality improvement of high school especially high school of tourism can be done by organizational reform. This research explores. Organizational changes at the National Academy of Tourism academy institutions so that the library still exists and maintains the quality of its education so that its graduates meet the industry's qualification standards.

Abstract

With the main reference of the article "The History and Mystery of the Merger Wave: A UK and US Perspective" and relating it to the situation in Indonesia, the following policy implications are worth mentioning, among others: That mergers and acquisitions are essentially unexpected cases, because the company was established with a clear vision, mission and goals. However, due to various changes in the internal and external environment, the events of mergers and acquisitions are inevitable. However, because mergers and acquisitions have aspects that have a wide impact on all stakeholders, mergers and acquisitions should not be used as the primary choice in overcoming the difficulties of the policy implications of the merger and acquisition, so mergers and acquisitions can only be made if: (1) the company is in a state healthy and intends to improve his health through mergers and acquisitions, as an effort to encourage internal growth, (2) not the company due to environmental changes. With the extent of conflicting with the interests of all company stakeholders, namely the board of directors, employees, government and society, (3) consider and comply with legal aspects of legality, and have social responsibility so that its implementation does not cause unfair business competition and kill its competitors in the form of monopile, (4) placing mergers and acquisitions as strategic policies so that they must be done transparently, with the right procedures and stages and through careful preparation by adhering to the principle of prudence in business (prudencial principle).

Abstract

Digitalization in every industry continues to develop, which is also happened to the music industry. Music streaming applications are a technology that is in great demand today. Spotify is an on-demand music service application that is popular among music lovers. Spotify offers a free package and paid (premium) package services. The difference between the two service models lies in the quality and different service features. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, price, and promotion on premium package purchase decisions on the Spotify music streaming application. Research data obtained by survey method using a questionnaire. With a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS 22 program. The results of this study showed that brand image, product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decision. Then brand image and product quality variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of each CR is greater than 1.96 (CR> 1.96) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (P <0.05).

Abstract

This study analyzes products, prices, services, and digital marketing on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Control Systems-Emerson Micromotion Flowmeter. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to PT Control Systems customers as respondents. The quantitative research method uses technical analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 applications. This study uses a sample of 120 respondents. The results showed that products, prices, services, and digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and had a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality dimension of customer service at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method by disseminating questionnaires to customers in PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia as the respondent. Quantitative research method using technical analysis structural equation modeling (SEM) with application AMOS 22. The study used samples from 155 respondents. The results showed that the quality dimension of services such as responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.
