Abstract

Nyeri tenggorok setelah operasi sering terjadi dan merupakan hal yang tidak menyenangkan setelah tindakan anestesia dengan intubasi endotrakeal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan benzidamin HCl 0,15% lebih menurunkan angka kejadian nyeri tenggorok dibanding dengan lidokain gel 2% pada pasien pascaintubasi endotrakeal. Penelitian eksperimental secara randomized control trial (RCT) dilakukan pada 90 pasien dengan status fisik American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I–II, usia 18–60 tahun yang menjalani operasi elektif di ruang operasi bedah sentral Rumah Sakit Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada Juni–Agustus 2014. Pasien dibagi dalam kelompok benzidamin, kelompok lidokain, dan kelompok NaCl. Selama operasi dicatat perubahan hemodinamik, tekanan balon pipa endotrakeal dipertahankan di bawah 25 mmHg, dinilai skala nyeri tenggorok pada 2 jam, 6 jam, dan 24 jam (T2, T6, T24) setelah operasi dan dilakukan uji statistik dengan uji-t, Uji Kruskal-Wallis, chi-kuadrat. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan angka kejadian nyeri tenggorok kelompok benzidamin lebih rendah dibanding dengan kelompok lidokain pada 6 jam setelah operasi (T6) dengan perbedaan yang bermakna (p<0,05). Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan spray benzidamin Hcl0,15% mampu mengurangi angka kejadian nyeri tenggorok pasca-anestesia endotrakeal dibanding dengan lidokain gel 2%.Kata kunci:  Anti-inflamasi, benzidamin HCl, lidokain gel, nyeri tenggorok pascaintubasiEffectiveness of Benzydamine HCl 0.15% Spray and Lidocaine 2% Gel on Post-operative Sore Throat IncidencePostoperative sore throat is common and unpleasant after endotracheal anesthesia. This study was conducted to determine whether the use of benzydamine hcl 0.15% can further reduce the incidence of sore throat compared to lidocaine gel 2% in patients under endotracheal anesthesia. This experimental study was a randomized control trial (RCT) in 90 patients with ASA physical status I–II, aged 18–60 years who underwent elective surgery in the central surgical operating room of Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital during the period of June to August 2014. Patients were divided in benzydamine group, lidocaine group, and NaCl group. The hemodynamic changes were noted during surgery. The endotracheal tube cuff pressure was maintained below 25 mmHg and a graded scale for sore throat was performed at 2 hours, 6 hours, and 24 hours (T2, T6, T24) after surgery. Statistical tests using t-test, Kruskal-Wallis, and chi-square test were conducted. From the results, the incidence of sore throat in the benzydamine HCL group was significantly lower than in the lidoccaine HCL  group at 6 hours after surgery (T6; p<0.05). It is concluded that benzydamin HCL  0.15% spray is able to reduce the incidence of postoperative sore throat when compared to lidocaine 2% gel.Key words: Anti-inflammation, benzydamine HCL, lidocaine HCL , postoperative sore throat DOI: 10.15851/jap.v3n2.579

Abstract

The achievement of the employee performances of the National and Political Unity Agency of South Sulawesi Province in the last 3 years shows a percentage that is not very stable where the educational level factor of the various staffs needs to be considered. In 2017 and 2018 the percentage of performance achievements was categorized quite high, while in 2019 it was in the medium category. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of educational level on improving employee performance. This study used a quantitative type with associative research type to determine the effect between two variables. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The sample of this study was the entire study population that consist of 48 people with a saturated sampling technique. The technique of data analysis applied simple linear regression analysis, pre-test requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the level of education had a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance with a percentage of 24%. The Intellectual skills obtained from the education level should be accompanied by other efforts such as competency development in supporting performance improvement.

Abstract

 A research of “Development of Learning Module for Senior High School at Palembang. As Problem analyisis is how to develop historical and practical learning module at Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. The purpose of this reasearch is to produce learning module on learning history for Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. This research is a kind of development research that use the model of dick and carey. The validity of this learning media is assessed by three adept consist of material, language, and instructional design. Value obtained in the validation process are material: 3.80 languages: 3.90 and lesson design: 4.00 All is in valid category by using valid product it can be seen that obtained with pretest of 25,9% and posttest of 77,0% after a field, this indicates increasing of 51,1% with a value of N-Gain 0.68% so it can be concluded that module learning media history of five days five nights war for schools at Palembang valid and practical.Keywords: development, learning media, validity, dan practical

Abstract

Signature is the outcome of a writing process with distinct characteristics, serving as one of the proofs of the validity of an agreement conducted by two or more parties as evidence of identity verification. This study aims to design a system capable of identifying an individual based on inputted signature images into the system. The rapid development of knowledge can certainly be leveraged to facilitate and address issues in human daily life, one of which is the application of expertise in the field of pattern recognition, enabling the creation of a signature identification system. There are five main stages employed in this research, namely image acquisition, image augmentation, system architecture design, training process, and testing process. The research results demonstrate that the applied method proves to be effective in designing a signature identification system. This is substantiated by the accuracy level of the system testing reaching 98.148%.

Abstract

Peredaran uang palsu di Indonesia terus meningkat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan masih minimnya keaslian uang dengan menggunakan komputer. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendeteksi keaslian uang dengan menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Eksperimen kuantitatif berbasis pada Hardware Programming. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk membangun algoritma metode CNN dan pengembangan Web adalah perangkat lunak Visual Studio Code dan bahasa pemrograman Phython. Metode CNN digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan uang asli dan palsu berdasarkan gambar. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan dataset uang kertas yang mempunyai 2 kelas yaitu uang asli sebanyak 1.015 dan uang palsu sebanyak 1.126. Proses penentuan asli dan palsu dilakukan beberapa proses, yaitu: akuisisi data, seleksi data, prapemrosesan data, transformasi, dan pemodelan. Sebelum melakukan proses pembuatan model, data perlu diubah ukurannya menjadi 224x224 piksel untuk model GoogleNet, 256x256 untuk model AlexNet, dan 200x200 untuk model yang dimodifikasi. Model yang dimodifikasi dirancang untuk membandingkan hasil dari GoogleNet dan AlexNet, dengan mengurangi lapisan dan menyesuaikan parameter dengan data yang ada. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil perhitungan nilai training loss, validation loss, akurasi pelatihan, dan akurasi validasi pada variasi nilai epoch, pixel,  dan learning rate untuk ketiga model. Hasil terbaik diperoleh dengan parameter yang digunakan pada tahap uji yaitu nilai epoch 50, pixel 244x244, dan learning rate 0.001, dengan pembagian jumlah data latih dan data uji yaitu 70% dan 30%. Berdasarkan parameter tersebut didapatkan hasil dari training loss sebesar 4%, validation loss sebesar 69,9%, training accuracy sebesar 97,8% dan validation accuracy sebesar 82,65%. Hasil tersebut merupakan hasil terbaik dari 3 arsitektur yang dibandingkan, dan dari berbagai jenis pengujian.
