Abstract

ABSTRACTFAO and World Bank’s predictions about the threat of food crisis in 2025 had a special attention from the many countries over the world. Indonesia had several programs to keep the food security. One of this campaigns was changing consumer behavior from rice to yam group. In this program cassava was chosen as a national strategic food like rice and corn. One of the food agroindustry from cassava that have a potential market is Krepek Tette. But, This Business Opportunity of Maduraness traditional food had not cultivated seriously. Krepek Tette’s Agroindustry is just a side job with small scale production for local. The aim of this study was to calculated the economic value added and the profit opportunity by Krepek Tette’s Agroindustry so that this activity become one of the local livelihood choice. The Hayami’s value added was used to analysed this research. The result of this study shows in once production of Krepek tette’s agroindustry is small scale but feasible and prifitable.Keywords: Cassava, Agroindustry, Hayami, Value Added.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBangkalan’s jasmine is popularas ‘Ratoh Ebuhjasmine had been promoted as prime commodity and most produced in Burneh district with 50 acres harvest area and the productivity is 0,34 kg/m2. The increasing of population in Indonesia, become a great market of jasmine commodity, beside that, an export opportunity is also opened for this flower. But the farmer of jasmine cannot supply the market need. The aim of this study is to show the cash flow analysis and financial feasibility study of ‘Ratoh Ebuh’ jasmine’s farm enterprises to influence the farmer to invest in this farming enterprises, that able to rise the benefit of the jasmine farmers. Based on research, the total cost of jasmine farm enterprise is Rp.173.705.525 per acre for 4 years . The total net benefit that able to reach by the farmer is Rp. 241.207.140. This farm enterprise need 1 year, 2 months and 2 weeks to returns the total of capitals. Based on the evaluation of the feasibility level, the project is feasible to operated. The NPV value is Rp. 155.075.617 with the value of OCC is 12%. The IRR value is 77% and the ratio of net B/C is 4,4.Key Words: Jasmine, feasibility, net benefit, NPV, IRR, net B/C Ratio

Abstract

Lapis kukus pahlawan is known as a typical Surabaya food whose official branches are spread in several corners of the city. The high competition in the culinary industry in the cake business has resulted in increasingly fierce market competition. This triggers Lapis kukus pahlawan surabaya to understand the characteristics and behavior of consumers. The purpose of this study are to understand the consumer characteristics of lapis kukus pahlawan surabaya and to analyze the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions of lapis kukus pahlawan surabaya. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results of the study explain that the majority of consumers of lapis kukus pahlawan surabaya are aged 17-25 years, female, working as a private employee from Surabaya, Sidoarjo Bangkalan, income per month is less than 1,000,000 and the last education is high school / equivalent. Simultaneously, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors influence consumer purchasing decisions. While partially cultural, social, personal and psychological factors influence purchasing decisions, but the most dominant are psychological factors. The resulting implication is to create an effective marketing strategy to attract consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The business competition of service industry recently is very competitive especially in tourism sector, which involves various economic sectors. Tourist’s desire visits a tourist destination influenced by tourist preferences. The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine the characteristics of Camplong beach in Sampang Regency’svisitors, (2) knowing tourist’s preferences for attributes and attribute’s level in tourist visitation to Camplong beach in Sampang Regency. The research method uses descriptive and conjoint analyze. The results show that the characteristics of tourists are mostly dominated by school students or college students with average of age in 15-65 years old, this category visitors usually travels with their friends or family whose unmarried status with income of Rp 1,000,000.00. The attributes chosen by tourists are tourism activities which is motorcycle tracks, motorcycle transportation, restaurant accommodations, beach facilities such as photo spots and souvenir types, include clothes.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki neraca perdagangan beras yang selalu negatif, artinya impor beras jauh lebih tinggi dari ekspornya. Merujuk pada strategi dan target Kementerian Pertanian Kabinet Indonesia Maju, pemerintah menggalakan kebijakan Gerakan Tiga Kali Lipat Ekspor (Gratieks) oleh petani dan pengusaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui perkembangan produksi, konsumsi, dan impor beras di Indonesia pada tahun 1999-2018, serta (2) mengetahui proyeksi ekspor beras Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2023 dengan metode forecasting Moving Average, Double Exponential Smoothing, dan ARIMA terhadap data ekspor tahun 1999-2018. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa permodelan terbaik adalah ARIMA ordo tentatif p,d,q 101 dengan MAPE 0,94. Berdasarkan target pemerintah  tentang tiga kali lipat ekspor dari tahun 2018, masih terdapat marjin yang harus dicapai untuk memenuhi target dengan asumsi kebijakan yang diterapkan sama dengan yang berlaku sebelumnya.

Abstract

In the industrial world or what we could call the modern world, it is not only factories or companies that are developing but also MSMEs. MSMEs are enterprises or businesses carried out by individuals, groups, small business entities, or households. Indonesia as a developing country makes MSMEs the main foundation of the community's economic sector, this is done to encourage the ability to be independent in development in society, especially in the economic sector. This MSME has also implemented technology in its business processes. In technological advances, society is required to be able to apply technology, especially the internet, such as electronic market share, e- market ethics, and e-market advertising. The core subjects of e-market advertising are product photography and product design. Because technology has developed nowadays, all the above processes can be done through it. This training is specifically designed for this purpose, namely to develop the skills of the MSME community in smartphone product photography and how to package their products so that they can compete and win the competition in the electronics market. This training was quite successful as shown by the enthusiasm of the training participants and resulted in some very good product photography. The result of this training is that more and more SME practitioners are going online and promoting their products in mass media.
