Abstract

Cloud computing is a technology that utilizes the internet services using a central server with the goal of maintaining a virtual nature of data and applications. The presence of cloud computing will obviously lead to changes in the workings of information technologysystems within an organization. This is because the concepts of cloud computing through virtualization, standardization and other fundamental features can reduce information technology costs, simplify the management of information technology services, andaccelerating service delivery. In general, cloud computing architecture consists of: (1) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), (2) Platform as a Service (PaaS), and (3) Software as a Service (SaaS). Characteristics of cloud computing are: (1) self-service (on demand self service), (2) broadband access (broadband access network), (3) clustered resource (resource pooling), (4) elastic (rapid elasticity), and (5) measured service (measuredservice). While the advantages of cloud computing is: (1) without any initial investment, (2) convert CAPEX into OPEX, (3) flexible and easily developed, (4) focus on the business, rather than information technology, and (5) of control and responsibility of service. Withcloud computing consumers free themselves from the responsibility for managing the stack of computing resources. Levels ranging from SaaS when it is completely free, PaaS while still must make an application, and IaaS are still busy with the operating system. Thiscontrasts with On-Premise to take care of all your own.

Abstract

The development of the rapidly evolving technology in this era, especially in the telecommunications, media, and information (telecommunications) received positive feedback and negative in society. The technology used by the right target will be very useful in supporting the activities of either the agency or agencies. penyampaikan for information processing and information so that the information presented is fast, precise, and lack of errors, thus making the job more effectively and efficiently. Short Message Service (SMS) is the delivery of messages or information that is already being replaced by chat applications such as fuel and whatsapp. SMS has experienced growth in terms of the use and function as Polling SMS, SMS Banking, and SMS Gateway. Gammu SMS Engine Engine is used for SMS Gateway application. Gammu can be implemented in a variety of programming languages such as PHP and can be used functions as needed. Gammu SMS messaging engine is processing applications that do not perform bulk SMS delivery on most SMS gateway. The method used for Gammu SMS engines do not get hung up on a theory but a configuration setting through some source code and also through the device manager to check the port that is connected to the computer. To use the database files in a manner that is available on the database import gammu folder on the server mysql which we use to connect to the modem and mysql. To run the service engine gammu must use the command prompt by way mengetikm "gammu-smsd smsconf -i -s -c" to the process of running the engine at a command prompt first entry in the directory "bin". Knowing gammu runs aktive with the presence of link to stop and restart the service by running aktivenya gammu we can directly use gammu engine SMS to send and receive SMS..

Abstract

Currently, the learning process of more interactive e-learning method in college becomes a necessity, but the current e-learning learning method still uses the Teacher Centred Learning (TCL) approach. Of course, this TCL approach is less relevant for its high use of curriculum that refers to the National Qualification Framework (KKNI) so it is necessary to integrate into a more active and interactive approach that is Collaborative Learning (CbL) approach. CbL's approach to the implementation of the student becomes more active in developing knowledge and learning skills so as to create a more cooperative, supportive and cooperative classroom climate. Implementation of e-learning with Cbl approach, students in collaboration with their groups and exposing presentation materials online in the form of presentation videos by each group and other groups directly assess the presentation to each member of the presentation group. Usability analysis of video peer evaluation application on CbL online using user satisfaction focused on usability aspect analysis where user acting as Video Peer-Evaluation application user. In this research, the method of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or structural equation model is a multivariate analysis that is used to analyze relationships between variables in a complex manner. the main requirement of using SEM is to design hypothesis model by using structural model and measurement model in the form of path diagram. It is hoped that this research can remind the satisfaction that can be used to measure the success of Video Peer Evoluation application in online colaborative learning

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi berkembang pesat yang diiringi dengan meningkatnya aktivitas dalam kehidupan manusia, smartphone dan tablet PC mampu menjawab kebutuhan manusia dengan mobilitas yang tinggi sekaligus alat komunikasi berteknologi tinggi, praktis dibawa, dan mudah digunakan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi tersebut,  dampaknya mulai merambah pada kebutuhan transportasi online yang berkembang pesat di  masyarakat, sehingga bermunculan aplikasi mobile yang memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut seperti aplikasi Uber dan GrabCar. Untuk mendapatkan layanan antar jemput dengan mobil, konsumen cukup memesan melalui aplikasi tersebut, dan secara otomatis server aplikasi akan mencarikan driver terdekat. Setelah mendapat driver, maka driver tersebut menjemput calon konsumennya dengan petunjuk navigasi dari aplikasi berbasis Google Maps. Aplikasi iLokasi didesain untuk bisa menerima data kontribusi dari masyarakat sebagai data lokasi, dengan tidak hanya mengandalkan Google Maps seperti yang diterapkan kebanyakan aplikasi serupa. Selain itu iLokasi bisa memberikan informasi lokasi sampai ke tempat yang lebih detail dibandingkan dengan Google Maps.

Abstract

Abstract — Penggunaan teknologi TIK (Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi) telah sangat menyentuh sendi kehidupan, baik kehidupan individu di kota dan di pedesaan. Penggunaan teknologi informasi telah menembus kehidupan pedesaan dan meningkatkan standar kehidupan untuk mensejahterakan desa. Karena lebih dari 50% kehidupan bangsa ini terletak di sisi negara. Informasi tentang hasil pertanian sangat penting bagi masyarakat pedesaan dan perkotaan, di mana tanaman pertanian merupakan indikator pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sistem terdistribusi di mana informasi yang dihasilkan oleh petani mengenai panen mereka didistribusikan secara peer to peer melalui teknologi IoT (internet of things) yang menggunakan perangkat server web Arduino Uno. Menggunakan perangkat Arduino Uno berarti penggunaan perangkat minimalis atau sistem embed untuk menekankan sumber daya, dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Distro Collection merupakan toko distro menjual pakaian di daerah Tangerang yang menyediakan berbagai macam produk / outfit seperti kaos, jaket, celana jeans, dan lain – lain. Sistem penjualan dan promosi di Distro Collection masih dilakukan secara manual dimana pelanggan harus mendatangi ke toko untuk memilih dan membeli produk – produk yang disediakan. Dalam proses pengelolaan data produk, pembelian, dan transaksi pelanggan masih menggunakan pencatatan data sehingga kurang efektif karna dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam mencatat tiap data. Transaksi juga masih dilakukan secara manual saat pelanggan melakukan pembelian. Oleh karena itu peneliti bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem berbasis mobile yang dapat melakukan pengelolaan data dan pembelian produk secara online untuk memudahkan customer, dan juga pihak distro collection. Sistem tersebut juga dibangun dengan payment gateway agar dapat memudahkan customer dalam melakukan transaksi. Dalam meneliti dan menganalisis kebutuhan sistem agar terpenuhi, peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototyping, sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dengan framework React dan database Firebase. Dalam memberikan hasil yang maksimal dalam pembuatan sistem dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan Black Box Testing. Kata Kunci: Mobile, payment gateway, Javascript, React, Firebase

Abstract

Geographically and demographically, Indonesia has natural conditions that have the potential for floods disaster. There are at least 16,771 islands and 65,017 rivers that fill the archipelago. Unfortunately, the ever-increasing urban population accompanied by a lack of awareness and preparation for protecting the environment has resulted in a higher risk of flooding in urban areas. This study utilizes digital imagery to detect flood conditions in urban areas. In terms of access, digital images are available in urban CCTV monitoring systems as well as office areas, housing, and from people who have smartphones. The detection method used in this study is the VGG19 model which consists of 16 convolution layers and 3 standard classification layers. All convolution layers are divided into 5 blocks followed by a MaxPooling layer for each block to reduce the resolution of the input image. In the last layer, SoftMax layer is used to estimate the probability between flood labels and normal conditions. There are 4 parameters that were optimized during the VGG19 model training process, namely Batch Size, Learning Rate, Dropout and Epoch (training repetition). To test the proposed model, public datasets are used, namely the Roadway Flooding Image Dataset and Road Vehicle Images Dataset. The best flood detection results (or normal conditions) achieve the accuracy of 98.78%. As for the other three performance metrics, namely precision, recall and F1-score, they reach 99%. These results are generated by the VGG19 model with a Batch Size parameter of 20, a Learning Rate of 1e-5 (0.00001), 50% Dropout and 100 Epoch. The achievement values of the four metrics can be considered quite good, so that the VGG19 model has the opportunity to be developed for flood detection applications in order to monitor urban flood conditions.

Abstract

One of the shops in Tangerang that is attractive to young people because of its relatively cheap price is Kedai Cuan, this shop offers various types of coffee with a comfortable atmosphere. The absence of an application that can increase Kedai Cuan's online sales has led to a decline in sales, as shown by the current sales report. In addition, customers still have difficulty finding information about the available menu, and customers still have to place orders and make payments manually. This research aims to build an Android-based online sales system needed to speed up the sales process at Kedai Cuan with a system development method using the prototype method and the React Native framework JavaScript programming language and Supabase database so that it is hoped that this application can make it easier for owners and customers to buy and sell online and increase sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja tiga Algoritma Machine Learning K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Naive Bayes (NB), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam mengklasifikasikan status stunting pada anak balita di Puskesmas Sepatan. Status stunting ditentukan berdasarkan indikator antropometri seperti berat badan, tinggi badan, dan usia. Penelitian menggunakan metode GridSearchCV untuk tuning hyperparameter dan mengevaluasi model berdasarkan Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, Specificity, dan ROC AUC. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Naive Bayes memberikan performa terbaik dengan Accuracy 99,65%, Precision 99,67%, Recall 99,65%, F1-score 99,64%, Specificity 99,94%, dan ROC AUC 0,9999. Algoritma SVM dengan kernel linear berada di posisi kedua dengan akurasi 98,96% dan nilai ROC AUC sempurna (1,0000), sementara KNN memperoleh akurasi 96,36% dengan performa stabil pada kelas mayoritas namun menurun pada kelas minoritas. Secara keseluruhan, Naive Bayes terbukti sebagai algoritma yang paling optimal dalam penelitian ini, diikuti oleh SVM dan KNN. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan algoritma Machine Learning sangat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik data, khususnya distribusi kelas dalam dataset status gizi balita.
