Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of problem in this research is "How is the effectiveness of the management of child care park (TPA) in Learning Activity Center (SKB) Pekanbaru City". This research uses a descriptive naturalistic research with qualitative approach which aims to provide a systematic description of the effectiveness of the management of child care (TPA) in Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Studio. This research consist of one variable that is effectiveness with research indicator that is (1) Achievement of TPA management goal, (2) Determining target in TPA management, (3) Availability of resources supporting TPA management, (3) Implementation of main duty of TPA . The subjects of this study were 5 informants ie 1 core informant, 2 control informants, and 2 informant observers. Data collection techniques is to make observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the researchers found data that through the 3 indicators is clear that the effectiveness of management in the TPA in Learning Activity Center (SKB) Pekanbaru City is the managers who are able to carry out their respective roles as managers TPA. Foster children who dititpkan not just dititpkan, but also given the activities - activities that are positive. Able to overcome the obstacles that exist. Establish communication with foster parent's parents to see the progress of the foster children. Have adequate facilities and infrastructure. Build cooperation and create good coordination among managers. There is an evaluation or assessment carried out by directly monitoring or directly monitoring both the performance of managers and caregivers and also foster children.Keywords: Effectiveness, Management, Childcare Park (TPA).

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the motivation of their parents to continue their education to college. The formulation of the problem in this research is Is the perception of students of grade 3 SMAN 1 Bangkinang about their parents' motivation to continue their education to university, is high ?. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of 3rd graders of SMAN 1 Bangkinang about the motivation of their parents to continue their education to university. Population taken in this research is student of class 3 SMAN 1 Bangkinang. The number of students of grade 3 SMAN 1 Bangkinang is 62 students. So the sample in this study amounted to 38 students and test samples of 20 people, as for sampling with simple random sampling technique (sampling randomly simple). Instrument data collection in this research is by questionnaire technique with 42 items statement. After the questionnaire was tested, 3 items were invalid, and the researcher discarded all invalid statements. The results of this study indicate the perception of grade 3 students of SMAN 1 Bangkinang about the motivation of their parents to continue their education to university in the view motivation is intrinsic motivation with percentage of 75%, so that intrinsic motivation is more dominant than extrinsic motivation.Keywords: Perception, motivation, College

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of facilities and in the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) it can be said support, although not sufficient. Formulation problems research is whether perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru in good ?. The purpose of this research is to find perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru in good or bad .Population in this study 57 people and research sample areas 36 people with critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 57 a statement and if the trial live 52 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. From scratch presentation answer the results research findings perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru, the percentage the average (the ss + s) 95 %. It means residents learn assume learning to be implemented in public learning activity center (PKBM) Hangtuah the city of Pekanbaru is very good and in accordancewith the objectives of the program package C.Kata Kunci: Perception, perception residents learning, with the implementation of the learningpackage C

Abstract

Abstract Participation through closeness of heart is a form of participation of community leaders to date in Desa Segati, Kecamatan Langgam, Kabupaten Pelalawan. This study aims to explain the involvement of community leaders in library management in Desa Segati, Kecamatan Langgam, Kabupaten Pelalawan. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study uses four informants from the characteristics of different Desa Segati community leaders. The informants used were two core informants, one control informant, and one observer informant. Community leaders are not least involved through closeness of heart, although this can not be seen physically. Participation through closeness of heart is participation that can be done through cooperation, communication between individuals and individuals and communication between individuals and the community, both for program development and to facilitate program implementation. The contribution of community leaders should have been made even though it is not physically visible but can be known by the people of Desa Segati, who are involved in managing the village library in Desa Segati, Kecamatan Langgam, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Abstrak Partisipasi melalui kedekatan hati merupakan bentuk partisipasi para tokoh masyarakat hingga saat ini di Desa Segati Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan di Desa Segati Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat informan dari karakteristik tokoh masyarakat Desa Segati yang berbeda. Informan yang digunakan adalah dua informan inti, satu informan kontrol, dan satu informan pengamat. Pemuka masyarakat tidak sedikit terlibat melalui kedekatan hati, meskipun hal ini tidak bisa terlihat secara fisik. Partisipasi melalui kedekatan hati ini merupakan partisipasi yang dapat dilakukan melalui kerja sama, komunikasi antara individu dengan individu dan komunikasi antara individu dengan masyarakat, baik untuk pengembangan program maupun untuk memfasilitasi pelaksanaan program. Kontribusi pemuka masyarakat memang sudah seharusnya dilakukan meskipun tidak terlihat secara fisik tetapi dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat Desa Segati, yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan desa di Desa Segati Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan   untuk mengetahui problematika kehidupan wanita pekerja clening service di Kampus Bina Widya FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif naturalistik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Analisa data menggunakan 3 cara yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa problematika kehidupan cleaning service di Kampus Bina Widya FKIP Universitas Riau berdasarkan 4 indikator yaitu: (1) Kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk  individu ditinjau dari sub indikator pendidikan, pekerjaan dan status sosial, (2) kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial di tinjau dari sub indikator  sikap menerima orang lain , berkerjasama dengan orang lain, (3) kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk susila ditinjau dari sub indikator sopan santun, etika dalam bergaul, penampilan, (4) kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk beragama ditinjau dari sub indikator  kegiatan keagamaan dan kesadaran beragama. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa  kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk individu, makhluk sosial, makhluk susila, dan makhluk beragama memiliki berbagai problematika baik itu pada aspek pendidikan pekerjaan, status sosial, dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Cleaning Service, Pekerja, Problematika Kehidupan, Wanita AbstractThe study aims to determine the problems of the lives of women clening service workers at the Bina Widya Campus, FKIP, Riau University. The research uses a naturalistic descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses 3 ways, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification. This research shows the results that the problems of cleaning service life at the Bina Widya Campus FKIP Riau University are based on 4 indicators, namely: (1) Human life as an individual being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of education, work and social status, (2) human life as a social being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of accepting attitudes towards others, cooperating with others, (3) human life as a moral being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of manners, ethics in associating, appearance, (4) human life as a religious being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of religious activities and religious awareness. This research shows the results that human life as individual beings, social beings, moral beings, and religious beings has various problems, both in aspects of job education, social status, and so on.Keywords: Cleaning Service, Worker, Life Problems, Woman
