Abstract

Penelitian Pengembangan Sistem Database Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Berbasis Web ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan penempatan para pencari kerja pada perusahaan yang membutuhkan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditentukan sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan tenaga kerja profesional—siap pakai sesuai dengan profesinya—melalui internet. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Departemen Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi selama 4(empat) bulan. Dari hasil analisis kebutuhan dapat dibuat model dan dirancang Sistem Database Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Berbasis Web mencakup : rancangan model database penempatan tenaga kerja; rancangan output; rancangan input—input data dan user interface; rancangan database; rancangan teknologi; rancangan pengendalian; dan kebutuhan perangkat keras dan lunak. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan antara-lain : Memudahkan pihak pengguna untuk mengakses secara mobile; Penyedia lowongan kerja mempunyai banyak pilihan para pencari kerja; para pencaker memiliki banyak pilihan lowongan kerja yang diharapkan; Lembaga penyedia tenaga kerja—perguruan tinggi, jasa tenaga kerja swasta dll—akan mudah memantau informasi pasar kerja secara aktual; Lembaga pemerintah terkait selaku pembuat kebijakan akan menciptakan kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang bersifat kompetitif; Menciptakan budaya baru yang menghargai dan menghormati teknologi informasi sebagai alat untuk aktivitas bisnis; Diperlukan investasi awal untuk mengembangkan sistem database penempatan tenaga kerja berbasis web; Dan dibentuk organisasi dan para personil yang bertugas dan bertanggung-jawab serta diperlukan biaya overhead maupun operasionalnya.

Abstract

An institution if it is to continue to achieve the target it is necessary to continue working, in this case that needs to be realized by the students during the tasting of science education in junior college from start to finish is a high IPK, as a measure of academic success. But it was necessary to achieve a high IPK in the target, appears to be less satisfactory if graduated from an institution with a low IPK. Be aware that a high IPK is one of the factors contributing to a career or to pursue higher degrees. However, until now the majority of applications only use instasi educational standards of judgment that can only display the values directly in the absence of tools as an experiment. It is necessary to build an expert system control program IPK as a tool for students. Expert systems or knowledge that is often known as the Base System aims to help motivate and analogize the stages of how to work the program the system uses forward chaining reasoning method that will be able to control the resulting IPK according to the expected target information and prevention solutions that need to be done to achieve target.of such information would provide information that the target has been reached or not. If the target is achieved then you reach your target information, and vice versa if it fails then it will appear warning you that the target is not reached. The cause of not achieving the target would appear that the solution must be reached, the expert system will provide a list of the red line on the value that corresponds to it, another solution could be done by changing the maximum standard

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly as one of them used to interacting with other people. Information technology can connect us with others regardless of time and place. This is possible because of the existence of a container that community (forums) discussions on-line learning. However, in Higher Education of Raharja the development of discussion for learning is less developed for regular class or a class that is not a superclass or i-learning class because the manual is face to face or face to face for the discussion of learning in Higher Education of Raharja. Therefore, it can be made a formal community for container or the learning process in order to facilitate the discussion of faculty and students in the learning process outside of lecture hours that can be accessed anytime and anywhere and can provide accurate information so that the information obtained by the faculty and students to be more relevant. Discussion of web-based learning system is designed with a user friendly system so that is easy to access and understand, facilitate communication between faculty and students, and also facilitates getting materials lecture material, as well as assist in the distribution and collection of duties and tasks quickly lecturers also can manage the values that will given to students. The methodology used is a structured analysis and development ranging from analyzing the system that runs through UML, perform elicitation, and describes the proposed system through UML. The final results are achieved from this research is the creation of a learning system that can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and always follow the lecture material information or update
