Abstract

A bolt of lightning strikes the induction is on the ground near a transmission line resulting in a phenomenon that caused of trensient electromagnetic fields from the lightning channel. This phenomenon is happening at lightning conductor wire. This event raised over voltage and resulting wave propagating on both sides of the wire in the strike lasts. In calculating the induction stroke used Shielded Factor (FP) is defined as the quotient ofthe induced voltage and induced voltage ground wire without a ground wire. If there is no ground wire, the neutral wire effect on induced voltage on the wire the same phase as the influence of the ground wire to the voltage induced in the phase wire. Since the neutral high wire above the ground is lower than the high-wire phase, greater than shielded factor of the channel with the ground wire. There are times when the neutral wire was installed over the wire so that the phase factor will be smaller shielded. Construction is crucial lightning disturbances. From this analysis concluded that the results obtained from data disruption due to lightning feeder PMT 4 GI BSB obtained 3 times a distraction while the calculation results showed interference by 4 times with 24.4 km length of the network there is no significant difference. Any differences due to changes in network construction are not communicated as elevation neutral wire that will affect shielded factor.

Abstract

Power Plant units are responsible for providing power generation in the power system so that the load can be served.Poer Plant units may trouble each time. The disorder resulting plants cannot operate. If this interference occurs at the same time on several large generating units, it is possible that the power available in the system is reduced such that the system is not sufficient to serve the load. Reliability cf the electrical system must be maintained and enhanced, so that the load needs to be served. Thus it is necessary to investigate whether or not the reliability of the system every year. Reliability of the electrical system can be determined by calculating the value of (loss of load probability) LOLP with units of days / year. The smaller the value, the better the level of LOLPkendalan an electrical system. In 2009 the electrical system of Central Java and Yogyakarta not meet the standards, ie the value of LOLP 4.088 days / year. For the years 2010 and 2011 has increased reliability and meet the standards, with the value of 0.043 days in 2010 and 0.017 in 2011 days.Keywords: LOLP, reliability of Electric Power Systems

Abstract

Nowadays many University competing improve the performance of the network that they have to list in the Webometrics ranking. Semarang Muhammadiyah University (UNIMUS) is actually a University relatively new also trying to enter competition Webometrics ranking of world universities. This study aims to fill the framework of a strategy to achieve the webometria range. The methodology used for the first time to evaluate the performance of the website parameters unimus webometricos and then create a reference point of three national universities that has entered the ranks of the highest ranking of Webometrics, medium and minor at the national level. Later followed by the analysis of webometria evaluation indicators include the size, visibitity, erudite and rich text files. The results were compiled from then action plans in order to set gap of 3 universities in reference. Thus, the benefits can provide guidance for UNIMUS into the Webometrics rangkings. Abstract

One unit of P3B Jawa Bali, Central Java and DI Yogyakarta region responsible for operating and maintaining the installation of electric power transmission network in Central Java and Yogyakarta. With the transmission network configuration changes for reasons of consumer needs and for the reliability of the power supply necessary to study the effect of changing the configuration of the coordinated protection system conductor. This change affects the coordination of in the subistem, which overlap in Zone 2 distance in the direction of the GI Kudus-Jekulo to Zone 2 distance relays in GI Jekulo Pati direction, it is known after the scanning process. And to anticipate the problems it is necessary to resetting or setting recalculation distance relay is in the GI Kudus-Jekulo direction, which is expected to resetting, the coordination of protection systems in the susbsistem Kudus-Jekulo-Pati as expected. Abstract

Lately, the problem of hot point on substation equipment in PLN be an interesting thing to say. Mainly about heat problem which is uncontrolled and unable to be checked continually, this issue deals with the system’s safety and reliability that happens in the substation To overcome this issue, study on the solution which is by making a prototype device to measure real time temperature or hot point continually and by using wireless has been held. Abstract

Safety of storeroom is absolutely needed by every company. If there is a safe feeling, the company will not be afraid of. To reduce an afraid, it is designed a device of Monitoring safetystoreroom by using Movement Sensor ATMEGA8535 Microcontroller -based. In this last project, the writer makes that device equipped with PIR sensor which is put in the corner of the storeroom. As its process equipment, it is used ATMEGA8535 microcontroller as program centre. Then, the work method of output appearance as dot matrix, buzzer and bulb lamp is PIR sensor will detecthuman existence or not at the time of storeroom in empty situation. Furthermore, ATMEGA8535 microcontroller sends output signal through dot metric as the direction of storerooms location. After that, buzzer is as alarm and bulb lamp is as indicator lamp. Besides, reset knob is function as system reset when dot matrix, buzzer, and bulb lamp ON. Base on the research data, PIR sensor range is Horizontally about 300-1500 detected. Then, range data of PIR sensor is Vertically with Elevation and Depression which is detected. Furthermore, research data of PIR sensor is based on range 0.5-5.5 meters detected. Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisnya, seringkali perusahaan atau organisasi menggunakan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam mengelola informasi sebagai basis dalam penciptaan layanan yang berkualitas ataupun dalam optimalisasi proses bisnisnya. Meningkatnya tingkat ketergantungan organisasi pada sistem informasi sejalan dengan resiko yang mungkin timbul.Salah satu risiko yang timbul adalah risiko keamanan informasi, dimana informasi menjadi suatu yang penting yang harus tetap tersedia dan dapat digunakan, serta terjaga keberadaannya dari pihak yang tidak berwenang yang akan menggunakannya untuk kepentingan tertentu atau akan merusak informasi tersebut. Abstract

Euforia penggunaan sosial media (facebook, twitter, google dan lain-lain) melalui internet sudah menjadi trend di masyarakat, tentunya hal mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku dimasyarakat dalam berinteaksi dan berkomunikasi. Kondisi ini didorong oleh 2 hal yang mendasar yakni perilaku baru orang kota dan revolusi teknologi. Pertumbuhan pengguna sosial media tentunya harus dimanfaatkan perusahaan dalam meraih konsumen dengan cara melakukan inovasi dalam melakukan bisnis, pemasaran dan berkomunikasi secara online lewat layanan e-commerce mereka. Paper ini mencoba mensurvey cara-cara terbaik bagi perusahaan besar di Indonesia dalam mengembangkan layanan sosial media untuk manajemen hubungan dengan pelanggan (customer relationship management) pengguna sosial media melalui layanan sosial media yang mereka miliki. Dengan demikian dapat menjadi acuan/benchmark bagi perusahaan-perusahaan lainnya dalam melakukan terobosan-terobosan baru cara berkomunikasi dan berbisnis lewat layanan sosial media. Abstract

Internet merupakan kumpulan jaringan komputer yang terkait satu dengan lainnya tanpa ada penguasa / pengatur utamanya. Jumlah pengguna Internet di seluruh dunia diperkirakan sekitar 1 milyar orang - merupakan potensi pasar yang luar biasa (benarkah demikian bagi usahawan Indonesia?). Besarnya potensi pasar yang ada sebetulnya dapat dengan mudah kita prediksi - bayangkan pada tahun 1997 diprediksi bahwa jumlah komputer (PC) yang akan terjual akan melebihi jumlah 100 juta buah. Jumlah ini melebihi jumlah pesawat TV yang terjual di tahun yang sama. Di samping itu, sebagian besar komputer yang terjual tersebut ternyata akan banyak dibeli oleh konsumen pribadi untuk digunakan di rumah. Artinya komputer (PC) merupakan perlengkapan biasa seperti TV atau radio - hal ini menjadi sangat strategis karena sebagian besar PC yang terjual nantinya akan dilengkapi perlengkapan Multimedia PC dengan kemampuan akses Internet. Bayangkan nantinya akan tercipta potensi pasar yang jauh lebih besar daripada TV dengan jumlah kemungkinan besar melebihi 100 juta pengguna di seluruh dunia. Sebelum memasuki materi tentang sisi praktis untuk melakukan usaha di Internet ada baiknya saya membahas sedikit tentang kondisi jaringan komputer / Internet di Indonesia secara garis besar.

Abstract

Program kesehatan harus mampu membangkitkan peran serta individu, keluarga dan masyarakat sedemikian rupa sehingga  setiap  individu,  keluarga  dan  masyarakat  dapat menolong  dirinya sendiri. Berpijak dari kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut, Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan dan Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (FIKKES UNIMUS)mengembangkan layanan JLKH On Delivery yang berorientasi pada perawatan kesehatan holistik yang dilakukan di rumah. Usaha ini diupayakan mensinergikan hasil penelitianpenelitian dosen di bidang kesehatan, sarana yang dimiliki FIKKES, kolaburasi antar fakultaslain di UNIMUS dan melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai sarana berlatih memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di rumuah bagi masyarakat. Dengan  dukungan  teknologi  informasi  diharapkan  usaha  ini memungkinkan perawatan   kesehatan   yang   bergerak   (mobile)   yang   akan membantu  dalam  efektifitas dan  efisiensi  proses  bisnis  asuhan  keperawatan. Upaya ini dihadirkan untuk memberikanbentuk usaha kreatif dan inovatif bagi kampus yang nantinya dapat menjadi muara income generator bagi universitas. JLKH On Delivery FIKKES UNIMUS diharapkan mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan paripurnanya perawatan kesehatannya. Selain itu hal ini akan sangat menguntungkan masyarakat karena lebih efektif, efisien, dan terjamin  karena di kelola dan dijalankan oleh  tenaga-tenaga professional. Tentunya usaha ini juga dapat memberikan solusi biaya layanan kesehatan yang murah dan memenuhi 97 % keinginan masyarakat akan hadirnya layanan kesehatan di rumah dan  dalam suasana kekeluargaan bagi masyarakat umum. Selain itu  JLKH On Delivery di rumah membantu penderita kasus terminal, yakni kondisi penyakit yang dianggap tidak punya harapan lagi (dari sisi medis) dan tidak diterima di RS manapun. Secara lebih luas JLKH On Delivery FIKKES UNIMUS diupayakan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat dan tingkat harapan hidup masyarakat
