Geographic Information System Asset mapping will provide convenience and several advantages at once in terms of: all attributes of recorded assets data and inventory in detail, achieving orderly administration of asset recording (additions, deletions, up-dating and others), data processing Asset quickly, so that information can be obtained more effectively and efficiently, providing convenience (supporting tools) in the decision-making process because it is built on the spatial concept. The problems that arise with so many local governments located in the province of South Sumatra is planning the utilization of assets that have not been optimal because the assets owned by the government of South Sumatra Province are numerous and spread geographically in several regions of the Regency and City. The solution of the problems raised is by utilizing for mapping the assets of the region. The method in this research using descriptive method and Spiral Model as system development method. Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Kesehatan merupakan badan hukum publik yang ditugaskan khusus oleh pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakan jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.Dengan adanya program tersebut seluruh warga Indonesia diharapkan untuk mendaftarkan dirinya menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat harus mengetahui bagaimana cara terdaftar menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan dan mengetahui pula bagaimana sistem pembayaran iuran premi BPJS Kesehatan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem pendaftaran dan pembayaran pada BPJS Kesehatan secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan dengan baik.Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sistem online yang memudahkan calon peserta BPJS Kesehatan untuk melakukan pendaftaran. Selain itu BPJS Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan beberapa Bank guna mempermudah peserta BPJS Kesehatan dalam melakukan pembayaran iuran premi setiap bulannya

PT. TASPEN merupakan BUMN yang menyelenggarakan dua jenis program utama, yaitu Program Tabungan Hari Tua dan Program Pensiun PNS. PT. TASPEN ini tentunya memiliki jaringan wireless, tetapi memiliki beberapa kekurangan ataupun permasalahan sehingga mengganggu kualitas jaringan wireless PT. TASPEN. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kecepatan internet menjadi sangat lambat karena user yang bukan karyawan pun sangat mudah terhubung ke jaringan wireless PT. TASPEN. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya pengamanan seperti user dan password khusus untuk penggunaan jaringan wireless PT. TASPEN. Selain itu, beberapa karyawan juga terkadang menggunakan jaringan wireless PT. TASPEN untuk membuka media sosial sehingga menimbulkan overload penggunaan bandwidth PT. TASPEN. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian dengan menggunakan Metode Action Research ini, peneliti menerapkan RADIUS Server untuk mendata user khususnya karyawan PT. TASPEN serta memberikan hak akses (user dan password) yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap karyawan. Selain itu, peneliti juga memanfaatkan Firewall Filter Rules untuk memblok media sosial bagi user yang terhubung ke jaringan wireless agar kualitas kecepatan internet pada PT. TASPEN.

Pandemi COVID-19 yang sedang dirasakan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat dunia, membawa dampak yang luar biasa besar. Termasuk di ranah pendidikan, dimana sedang terjadi pergeseran pola belajar dan mengajar yang sebelumnya lebih kepada pertemuan tatap muka antara pengajar dan pelajar, kini beralih kepada pertemuan secara daring. Hal ini membuat para pengajar yang ada di lingkungan Language Center Bina Darma Palembang harus lebih kreatif dalam menyampaikan materi yang diajarkan, agar lebih menarik minat dari para pelajar serta mempermudahkan mereka dalam menyerap ilmu yang diajarkan oleh para pengajar dengan maksimal. Website dan aplikasi kini menjadi primadona baru untuk media penyampaian materi kepada para pelajar. Dan dengan menggunakan website serta aplikasi yang bersifat learning management system (LMS), salah satu masalah dalam proses belajar dan mengajar tersebut dapat di selesaikan dengan baik.

Abstract : The Palembang State Administrative Court (PTUN) is one of the mainstays of regulatory conditions in Indonesia in its ability to complement the power of law, especially to decide issues that occur in state organizations and organizations or government businesses within the scope of South Sumatra, the Bangka Belitung Islands Region. The Palembang State Administrative Count in managing data is quite good but the way when it is going to follow transactions into an application, especially regarding the management of employee salary and wage data still looks quite complicated and difficult to operate except by the person who holds the application system. Therefore the author makes an application that is easier to operate, so that it can help when inputting salary transactions. This study uses the waterfall method and the modeling language UML (unified Modeling Language), xampp, PHP Rad classic and database.

PT. Pabrik Terasi Sejahtera is a shrimp paste (or calok) factory located in the Sungai Lumpur Tulung Selapan area of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Its sales and promotions are still carried out manually, relying solely on land transportation to distribute or market sales to nearby stores. Currently, the company wishes to introduce and develop shrimp paste marketing by expanding its shrimp paste marketing area beyond the region. To address this issue, the researcher will build an Ecommerce Marketplace (E-Marketplace). The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. While the system development method used in this study uses the Prototype Method. The results of this study are in the form of an Ecommerce Marketplace Application for shrimp paste sales. With this E-Marketplace, the company can more easily expand its shrimp paste product marketing area, more easily promote its shrimp paste products, so that the public is more familiar with the various shrimp paste products produced by PT. Pabrik Terasi Sejahtera.

This study aims to analyze the role of the housekeeping department in improving guest service quality at Hotel Swarna Dwipa Palembang, a three-star hotel operating in an increasingly competitive hospitality industry. Guest service quality, particularly related to room cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort, is a crucial factor influencing guest satisfaction, hotel image, and customer loyalty. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include the Housekeeping Manager, supervisors, room attendants, and hotel guests with direct stay experiences. The findings indicate that housekeeping plays a strategic role in maintaining room quality through the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), meticulous room and bathroom cleaning, proper linen arrangement, and prompt responses to guest complaints. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, such as limited human resources, high workload during peak occupancy, and inconsistency in maintaining detailed cleanliness standards. An effective housekeeping role has been proven to enhance guest comfort, create positive impressions, and strengthen the image of Hotel Swarna Dwipa Palembang as a clean and comfortable hotel. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation and recommendation for hotel management in improving service quality, particularly within the housekeeping department, to support sustainable guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the benefits of the Daily Worker program in enhancing hospitality students’ skills, particularly in terms of mental readiness, time management, and both technical and non-technical competencies. Method: This study employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, and were analysed using thematic and discourse analysis to gain comprehensive insights into students’ experiences. Result: The findings reveal that the Daily Worker program significantly enhances students’ technical skills, such as guest service and the implementation of standard operating procedures, as well as non-technical skills, including communication, teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and mental readiness. The program also fosters professionalism and adaptability in dynamic work environments. Contribution: This study highlights the effectiveness of work-based learning through the Daily Worker program in bridging the gap between school-based learning and industry needs. It provides valuable insights for improving vocational education programs and strengthening collaboration between schools and the hospitality industry.
