Abstract

Interesting Phenomenon in an Islamic place called “Pondok Pesantren” which is located in Sananrejo village Turen district region of Malang attracts many attentions to a large of citizens. It is issued that the Pondok Pesantren which is well known with the term Pondok Pesantren Bih?r Bahr ‘Asal Fadl?il al-Rahmah is a Mosque which is built by spirit where many people called them as “Jin”. In this case, this research is eager to investigate the motivation which become the background of establishing the Pondok Pesantren, how the proses of constructing this huge building with eleven floors and more than one hectare area of building; how the belief and characters which is taught in this Pondok Pesantren; and how the typology as well as ideology of Santri in this Pondok Pesantren. This research applies descriptive qualitative method by which the data collection is carried out using observation and interview. This also brings out phenomenology approach to reveal the ideology of the santris of Bih?r Bahr ‘Asal Fadl?il al-Rahmah. Based on the result of observation and interview conducted and analyzed by researcher, Santris of this Salaf? Pesantren which is oftenly visited by any visitors, and even foreigners from any regions, show polite attitude. This behavior has become the tradition and culturally impemented by all of Santris in this pesantren toward any visitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan metode tilawati dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al Ishlah Majangtengah Dampit Malang. Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode tilawati dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al Ishlah Majangtengah Dampit Malang. Juga untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung penerapan metode tilawati dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al Ishlah Majangtengah Dampit. Untuk mempermudah penelitian tentang Penerapan Metode Tilawati Dalam Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al Ishlah Majangtengah Dampit Malang, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: Yang pertama, perencanaan dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yaitu dengan memilih penerapan metode tilawati, menguasai teori, materi dan mempersiapkan perlengkapan mengajar. Kedua, Penerapan metode tilawati dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik klasikal secara bersamaan antara guru dan peserta didik serta baca simak secara individual antara guru dan peserta didik, penerapan posisi tempat duduk berbentuk “U” untuk mempermudah mengontrol keadaan peserta didik saat pembelajaran berlangsung, dan yang terakhir adalah evaluasi atau munaqosyah untuk mengetahui seberapa kemampuan peserta didik dengan cara guru memberi penilaian saat kegiatan baca simak individual. Ketiga, yang menjadi faktor penghambat dan pendukung metode tilawati berasal dari peserta didik itu sendiri, pengajar atau guru dan juga lingkungan.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher applied Small Group Discussion to overcome the problems that were faced by the students. This research was conducted in order to improve students’ reading ability in descriptive text through Small Group Discussion at the seventh grades of MA Al-Hisi Ringinsari Sumbermanjing Wetan 2016-2017. In conducting this research, the researcher used Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the method of research. The researcher conducted this research in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of three meetings. The researcher used Small Group Discussion to create comfortable atmosphere during teaching and learning process of reading, and more importantly to improve the students’ reading ability especially on reading descriptive text. The subject of this research was the students of seventh grade at MA Al-Hisi Ringinsari Sumbermanjing Wetan 2016-2017 on academic year especially VII IPA class. The instruments to collect the data were interview, observation checklist, and reading test. The result of the research showed that by using Small Group Discussion in teaching reading descriptive text. The researcher could improve the student’s reading ability especially descriptive text. Their responses showed that they were interested to learn reading subject because they felt easier to read using Small Group Discussion.
