Abstract

Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Melalui Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 KraksaanAbstract:the graduates of Vocational High School are ready human resource who is easily used for job. Yet, the problem appears when the increasing numbers of graduates is not followed by the job occupancy which causes unemployment. Therefore, this phenomenon can be solved through self-employed or doing entrepreneurship. Students’ interest in entrepreneurship is growing because of the motivation and entrepreneurship learning achievement subject at school. This research was conducted on the eleventh grade students of AK, APK, Marketing of SMK 1 Kraksaan. The sample technique in this study used proportional random sampling. The population in this research is 196 students. The number of sample obtained 132 students. Then, the analysis of the data in this study used path analysis. The research finding of this study are: 1) there is positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation on learning achievement of entrepreneurship subject for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan; 2) there is positive and significant correlation between learning achievement of entrepreneurship subject for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan;3) there is positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation for entrepreneurship interest for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan; and 4) there is an indirect effect of a positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation for entrepreneurship interest through entrepreneurship learning achievement for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan.Abstrak: Siswa lulusan SMK merupakan tenaga siap pakai yang mudah terserap kerja. Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah semakin banyaknya angka lulusan tetapi tidak diimbangi dengan penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan, menjadi salah satu penyebab banyaknya pengangguran, upaya yang dilakukan adalah berwirausaha. Minat berwirausaha siswa tumbuh karena adanya motivasi dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI AK, APK, Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan. Teknik sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 196 siswa. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 132 siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan, 4) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan.

Abstract

Abstract: The research has purpose to describe the condition dividend policy, return on equity, current ratio and quick ratio at companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014. In addition to determine the effect curren ratio and quick ratio on dividend policy through the return on equity.This research is classified quantitative causality associative. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014 as many as 151 companies and samples of this research were 34 companies using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used by researchers is documentation techniques. This research used  analysis of the Path Analysis.The result of research shew that : 1) the condition of the dividend policy and the company's ROE sample was quite well, 2) the condition of CR and QR sample companies was not good, 3) CR has no direct effect on dividend policy, but the indirect effect through ROE, and 4) QR was not significant positive effect on dividend policy and ROE. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Return on Equity, Current Ratio, and Quick Ratio  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kebijakan dividen, return on equity, current ratio, dan quick ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh curren ratio dan quick ratio terhadap kebijakan dividen melalui return on equity. Penelitiaan ini tergolong kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014 sebanyak 151 perusahaan dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 34 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah tehnik dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) kondisi kebijakan dividen dan ROE perusahaan sampel tergolong baik, 2) kondisi CR dan QR perusahaan sampel kurang baik, 3) CR tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kebijakan dividen, namun berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui ROE, dan 4) QR tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen dan ROE. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Dividen, Return on Equity, Current Ratio, dan Quick Ratio

Abstract

Reflective essay assessment in the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) has an important role in measuring students' depth of understanding, reflective attitude, and professional growth. However, time constraints and the subjectivity of assessment are often obstacles in the evaluation process and providing feedback. This research aims to develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning model to support reflective essay automatic assessment and provide adaptive feedback for PPG students. The development approach used is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, but it is focused on the D (Development) stage only. The analysis stage was carried out through a literature study and analysis of the needs of PPG students and lecturers related to essay assessment. The design stage develops an AI system framework that is integrated with reflective assessment rubrics and personalized feedback mechanisms. The development stage produced a prototype of a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based system that is able to analyze the content of the essay and generate automated data-driven feedback. The results of internal trials show that this model has the potential to improve assessment efficiency, provide faster and more relevant feedback, and encourage students' critical reflection in an ongoing manner. This research contributes to AI-based learning innovations in teacher professional education, especially in improving the quality of formative evaluation based on reflective writing.

Abstract

Strengthening character and intrapersonal skills is a key element in the formation of professional educators, especially in the context of the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) in the field of business education. This research aims to develop a social-emotional learning model based on the Learning Management System (LMS) designed to improve self-awareness, emotional management, and personal responsibility of PPG students. The research uses a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model, but is limited to the initial Implementation stage. The analysis stage was carried out through a literature study and field needs on the importance of social-emotional learning in the PPG curriculum. The design stage involves the preparation of a model structure that includes material elements, reflective activities, and experiential assessments. The development phase resulted in a prototype LMS containing interactive modules, reflection journals, learning videos, and formative quizzes. The initial implementation stage was carried out in small groups to measure initial response, media availability, and substance validation. The results show that this model can facilitate intrapersonal learning in a more independent, flexible, and contextual manner. This model is considered potential as an alternative to strengthening character in teacher professional education in the business sector.
