Abstract

In a high competitive business, a company should maintain their customers. Therefore, its a need to search some variables influence which are increasing their repurchase intention as a method to maintain the customers. Researcher used purposive accidental sampling, this research find the 100 sample size respondents. The analytical data result shows that some research methods has good correlation and all the research hypothesis can beproved. The conclusion is brand image, brand trust and positive price perception and significant effect on consumer repurchase intentions. According to the research results get can be taken the theoretical implication that this research gives justification to the former research in which brand image, brand trust and price perception have influen to the consumer repurchase intention.Key words: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Price Perception, Repurchase Intention Consumer

Abstract

The study examines the effect trust, services quality, and price perception of the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal. This research was conducted at the Weleri rail station by using a go public transportation service company as the unit analysis.The sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2016-2017. Relationships and (or )influence between variable described by using multiple regression analysis.The result showed that trust has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal. The result showed that service quality has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal.The result showed that priceperception has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri Tegal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Against Teacher Performance Moderated Principal Leadership Styles On Secondary Schools Teachers in District Trunk. In this study population of all teachers in the district of Batang junior civil servants, while the sample used as many as 149 respondents with a sampling technique. With the criteria of the respondents are civil servants Teachers in Secondary Schools Kecematan Batang, Batang. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is the validation and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) the principals leadership style has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Style Principal leadership has no effect on work motivation against performance Teachers, (v) the principals leadership style had no effect on performance erhadap Work Discipline Master. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship of teacher competence, discipline and supervision of principals on teacher performance. Research questions posed in this study are (1) how competence affect the performance of teachers, (2) how disiplini affect the performance of teachers (3) How supervising the principal influence on the performance of teachers (4) Is the principals supervision moderating influence on the performance of competence teacher (5) Is the principal moderate supervision disciplinary influence on teacher performance. The study population was a teacher at SMK SMK sub rayon 01 Semarang as much as 234. The samples using purposive sampling, in order to get a sample of 113 respondents. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. Technical analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that the effect on the performance of teacher competence, discipline and significant positive effect on teacher performance. supervision of the principal influence on teacher performance. supervision of the principal does not memodersi relation to the performance of teacher competence.Keywords: Competence of Teachers, Discipline, Teacher Performance and Supervision of The Principal

Abstract

This study aims to analize the influence of commitment and competence on teacher performance  moderated by headmaster supervision. Testing instrument using validity and reliability,normality test,asumption test using heteroskedastisitas, are testing a model using the coefficient of determination and the F test (Goodness of Fit). The results of hypotheses testing obtained the results that competence of teacher positively and significance effect of the teacher performance,  organizational commitment unsignifiance effect of the teacher performance, headmaster supervision positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, headmaster supervision weakness then the influence competence on teacher performance and headmaster supervision don’t  influence on commitment with  teacher performance Keywords: competence, commitment, supervision, teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study to examine the influence of Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Perfomance moderated Organizational Climate and Principal Leadership (Studies on SMK Negeri Teachers Kendal District). This research is included into quantitative research by using technique through descriptive analysis approach. This research uses census technique where the number is equal to the total population of 211 teachers, and data are processed also as many as 211 teachers. Measurement using Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. The instrument test used is the validity test and the reliability test and the classical assumption. For model test using Coefficient of Determination, F test, and T test as hypothesis test, so this research use regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Pedagogic Competence has positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational Climate has positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance,Principal Leadership has positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance,Organizational Climate not moderating the Influence of Pedagogical Competence on Teacher Performance,Principal Leaders Moderate the Influence of Pedagogical Competence on Teacher Performance to employee performance, and motivation variable strengthens the relationship between organizational commitment variable to employee performance Nissan Service Center Semarang City. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the influence of working stress and personality toward theteachers' performance in Junior High School Pangudi Luhur Semarang, Salatiga,and Ambarawa with organization of culture as a moderation variable. The population of this study used 118 teachers. Based on the result of the study can be concluded as follow: personality has influence toward teachers' performance, working stress has no influence toward teacher's performance, organization of culture has influence toward teachers' performance, organization of culture moderate the influence of working stress toward teachers' performance, and organization of culture moderate the influence of personality toward teachers' performance.
