Abstract

The current supply chain is not just an activity but has moved towards effectiveness and efficiency of performance called the sustainable supply chain. With the threat of inefficiency, construction service business actors are expected to be able to manage the supply chain of their respective businesses. Specifically for the construction industry in Tasikmalaya City to manage the construction supply chain, this study was conducted with the title Identification of Sustainable Construction Supply Chain Patterns in Projects in Tasikmalaya City. This study aims to identify the supply chain system patterns of construction service companies, especially contractors, and what development patterns can be carried out by construction service companies to increase the competitiveness of construction service businesses in Indonesia through literature reviews and case studies on contractor companies in Tasikmalaya. This research method uses descriptive microanalysis from the results of semi-structured interviews. Data collection will be collected by direct interviews with construction project owners or managers in their respective projects. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of the information obtained, a general model is compiled that describes how the supply chain system pattern is carried out. The preparation of the supply chain pattern resulting from the identification will refer to the pattern developed by Susilawati in previous research, where the supply chain pattern has a relationship from the owner to the lowest subcontractor. This study identified three supply chain patterns where the pattern has a maximum of 4 tiers, and the selection of the supply chain pattern is based on the type of project being worked on and the company's ability to manage the project. The critical points for building an integrated supply chain are knowing the value desired by the client, building long-term relationships with suppliers, integrating activities, collaborating to manage costs, developing continuous improvement, and mobilizing and developing human resources.

Abstract

The availability of raw water is very important, both for daily needs and irrigation so that its continuity is sufficient and maintained, water needs must be planned and its use predicted. This research aims to analyze the need for Raw water in the IKK Sukarame SPAM unit for Singaparna District from 2023 to 2027 and analyze the conditions of whether the IKK Sukarame SPAM reservoir planning unit system can meet the existing water needs in Singaparna District. The method in this research is to check the availability of water from SPAM IKK Sukarame and then compare it with the water needs of Singaparna District. From the results of projection calculations based on the analysis of the maximum Raw water demand for 5 villages in Singaparna District in 2027, it is around 523,299 l/s, with an estimated need for a reservoir or storage tank of around 45,213 m³. The availability of storage tanks is around 500 m³ and cannot meet the needs of the 5 villages in Singaparna District.

Abstract

Persimpangan merupakan bagian jalan terpenting yang menghubungkan jaringan jalan. Persimpangan sering terjadi kemacetan di beberapa daerah seperti adanya tundaan dan antrian yang sangat tinggi hingga sering terjadi kemacetan. Salah satu simpang yang sering terjadi macet yaitu di Simpang 3 Kudang yang berada dikecamatan singaparna. Simpang ini sering terjadi tundaan dan antrian yang panjang akibat adanya hambatan samping yang tinggi serta kurangnya lebar jalan pada jalan utama. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis kinerja pada persimpangan 3 Kudang untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan kinerja simpang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian selama 1 minggu pada tanggal 05-11 Oktober 2020 didapatkan volume arus lalu lintas jam puncak tertinggi di hari selasa dengan volume 3108 smp/jam, dengan kecepatan kendaraan < 35 km/jam dan kepadatan lalu lintas tinggi. Kinerja simpang yang telah dihitung berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai tundaan yaitu Tundaan di Jln. Raya Timur Singaparna (Jln.Mayor) di arah barat sebesar 12,77 det/smp dengan Tingkat Pelayanan C dan Tundaan di arah timur sebesar 10.59 det/smp dengan Tingkat Pelayanan B. Lalu untuk Tundaan di Jln.K.H.Z. Mustofa (Jln.Minor) di arah selatan sebesar 9.90 det/smp dengan Tingkat Pelayanan B. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa karakteristik lalu lintas di simpang 3 kudang sangat tinggi, tingkat pelayanan di simpang sampai pada tingkat C. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu rekomendasi yang tepat pada kinerja simpang 3 kudang perlu dilakukan pelebaran jalan sebagai prioritas utama serta penambahan rambu lalu lintas dan marka jalan.
