Abstract

The increase in the number of employees should be appropriate with improved service facilities and amenities adequate system performance is expected to occur.Likewise, the absence facilities that seem trivial but it will have a serious impact if not addressed seriously. NIK input process with a certain length of time in the size range bythe number of queue to do the same. It keeps the pressure psychological and cause errors in inputting NIK itself . The reason and purpose of the research is to designinformation systems that have an integrated database in the HR and payroll so that attendance data can be processed. The methodology uses a systems structured methode.The result is an information system with an integrated database.

Abstract

Untuk menjadi perusahaan konsultan teknologi yang berkembang maka harus memiliki sistem informasi pengolah data pegawai secara cepat dan akurat. Selain untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, informasi yang baik akan memberikan kontribusi yang baik juga untuk kesejahteraan pegawai. Kendala, karena media penyimpanan data pegawai masih berupa arsip, sehingga pencarian data lebih lama karena arsip yang menumpuk. Dalam merancang penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur, metode pengembangan menggunakan waterfall, alat yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem yaitu DFD (Data Flow Diagram), sedangkan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi kepegawaian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman web PHP, database MySQL dan untuk text editor menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. Berdasarkan hasil yang dilakukan selama melakukan penelitian maka dari itu sangatlah perlu diadakan pengembangan sistem lama ke sistem baru sehingga mampu mengurangi kesulitan yang ada dampaknya sistem akan bekerja secara optimal baik dalam pelayanan maupun penyajian data dan informasi.

Abstract

A companies that sell goods must make transactions with other parties. Both to consumers and suppliers. All transactions—both purchases from suppliers and sales from consumers—must be computerized. This is done to ensure the buying and selling process runs smoothly. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system that can improve data management in business processes, especially in terms of reporting, buying and selling processes. This research uses a descriptive method, with the method using the object-oriented method approach and the development method using the waterfall method. The data collection method uses interview techniques and direct field observations for the primary data. As for the secondary data obtained from existing documents in the company. The results of this study are, with this information system it facilitates the process of sales and purchase transactions in this company. The existence of a database makes it easier for owners to store information about buying and selling transactions and making reports easier.
