Abstract

This article is the result of a critical analysis of the animated series of Adit, Sopo, and Jarwo which showed on MNC TV and the series were uploaded on Youtube channel in June 2015. Through the content analysis method, this study concludes that the animated series of Adit, Sopo, and Jarwo bring the multicultural messages which shown from the different player characters through dialects, topics, and setting. For example, a dialect of Kang Ujang of the Sundanese background, the dangdut music as well as the view of Warung Tegal in the animated film. Taking the fact that there were messages of multiculturalism, the animated series, however, fails to feature more assorted diverse culture, culinary of the archipelago, the characters of other ethnic backgrounds as well as religious observances of Keywords: Multiculturalism, films analysis, children's movie series, animated films. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil dari analisa kritis terhadap tayangan serial animasi Adit, Sopo, dan Jarwo yang pernah ditayangkan di MNC TV dan telah diunggah di youtube, yang dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2015. Melalui analisis isi disimpulkan, bahwa serial animasi Adit, Sopo, dan Jarwo memuat pesan-pesan mutikulturalisme dari berbagai karakter pemain melalui dialek, topik, dan setting. Misalnya, dialek Kang Ujang yang kesunda-sundaan, dangdut, dan adanya Warung Tegal dalam film animasi tersebut. Walaupun telah ada pesan-pesan multikulturalisme, namun belum banyak menampilkan ragam budaya, kuliner nusantara, karakter etnik lainnya, dan peringatan keagamaan semua agama serta setting sosial masyarakat di luar kampung yang mencerminkan multikulturalisme bangsa. Abstract

This paper presents the results of research on Minimum Service Standards in the implementation of Islamic non-formal education, Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA). In an attempt to see the indication of services standards, this study uses a comparative research for eight Madrasahs Diniyah Takmiliyah, namely; MDTA Daar al Tawhid, Kampung Damai, Sebelas Bintang, Darul Ikram, Nasyrul Ulum, al-Faqih, an-Nidhamiyah, and Darussalam. This study employed a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results shows that management of MDTA has not fully met Minimum Service Standards, which has been determined by the letter of decree of Director General of Islamic Education number 3201. Although, it has not fully reached the standard, there are efforts from the madrasah and the region to improve diniyah education services for community. Local Government demonstrates support and spirit to Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah in order to be exist despite their limitations. Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian mengenai Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) dalam Penyelenggaraan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (Awaliyah). Untuk mengetahui indikasi tersebut, dilakukan riset komparatif pada delapan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, yaitu; MDTA Daar al-Tauhid, Kampung Damai, Sebelas Bintang, Darul Ikram, Nasyrul Ulum, al-Faqih, an-Nidhamiyah, dan Darussalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan didukung data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, penyelenggaraan MDTA belum sepenuhnya memenuhi SPM yang telah ditentukan oleh SK Dirjen Pendis Nomor 3201. Meskipun belum sepenuhnya mencapai SPM, namun ada upaya madrasah dan daerah untuk meningkatkan layanan pendidikan diniyah untuk masyarakat. Hal itu ditunjukkan dukungan Pemerintah Daerah dan semangat untuk tetap eksis dalam segala keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah.Kata Kunci: Madrasah diniyah, pendidikan keagamaan, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), Cirebon.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang Integrasi Madrasah Diniyah ke Sekolah di Kota Cirebon. Terdapat kekhawatiran dari masyarakat dengan diberlakukannya sekolah lima hari dapat memberangus eksistensi madrasah diniyah takmiliyah yang telah lama berkembang dan memberikan kontribusi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan bagi peserta didik. Tulisan ini memaparkan tentang potensi dilakukan pembelajaran madrasah diniyah yang terpadu dengan kurikulum sekolah, atau penulis namakan dengan mensekolahkan madrasah diniyah takmiliyah. Dengan mensekolahkan madrasah diniyah takmiliyah, maka penjadwalan di sekolah akan linier dengan pembelajaran diniyah takmiliyah, seluruh peserta didik dapat terlayani, sarana dan prasarana lebih representatif, dan biaya operasional serta pengelolaan dan pengawasan akan lebih baik. kata kunci: Sekolah dan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the design of an assessment instrument based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the Al-Qur'an Hadith Subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Class VIII. The implementation of HOTS-based learning in the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) has not been supported by the availability of HOTS-based practice questions in the K-13 Qur'an Hadith textbook. Researchers tested the HOTS-based assessment instrument independently to support the implementation of HOTS-based learning in MTs. The purpose of this study was to describe the HOTS assessment instrument for the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith class VIII which was developed validly and reliably, to produce a HOTS-based description and assessment question design that was equipped with an assessment grid and rubric as well as to identify the culture or habits of educators in decision making. daily test scores. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected from the HOTS questionnaire technique for the subjects of al-Qur'an Hadith class VIII semester 1 at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level regarding the material for “Kugapai Rezeki-Mu dengan Ikhtiarku” and small-scale and large-scale trial tests. The data were analyzed qualitatively in the expert test phase of the description of the question design and quantitatively by analyzing the small-scale and large-scale trial assessment instruments. The results of this study indicate that the design of the HOTS assessment instrument is in accordance with the guidelines for the preparation of the HOTS-based assessment instrument. The results of the content validity test of the panel of experts were declared valid, namely 0.95. The HOTS assessment instrument developed is valid based on the Pearson Correlation Output for each item because it is above 0.3 and reliable because the small scale reliability is 0.852 and the large scale is 0.886 which means it is greater than 0.7. Meanwhile, educators are not used to taking daily test scores with HOTS-based assessment instruments. Educators must be able to develop self-quality, MGMP must be able to facilitate the sharing of HOTS knowledge, and the Ministry of Religion must conduct guidance and improve the quality of educators as learning evaluators.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper is based on a program evaluation of Madrasah Young Researchers Super Camp (MYRES). This program is a superior program from the directorate of Islamic education, Ministry of Religion Affairs since 2018. The evaluation aims to view program effectiveness for the past 2 years and giving feedback for improvement in the future.  This research uses CIPP as an evaluating tool. Data had been collected from September 2019 using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. By contextual analysis, the evaluation result shows that MYRES is aligned with regulation and people’s needs. Input Evaluation shows that in general, input goals are in a good category with some improvement notes on user guidance, Grand Final Committee, research funding, and winner’s development. Process evaluation shows that all stages executed in MYRES are generally well with some improvement notes on the socializing stage, exhibition location, expo, and presentation exam. Product evaluation shows that in general, MYRES's goal to develop research culture in Madrasah Student is well accomplished. This evaluation recommends MYRES to be continued with improvement as Indonesia Ministry Of Religion Affair’s superior program. AbstrakTulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian evaluasi program Madrasah Young Researchers Super Camp (MYRES) yang merupakan salah satu program unggulan dari Direktorat Kurikulum, Sarana, Kelembagaan dan Kesiswaan (KSKK) Madrasah, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam, Kementerian Agama. Program ini digelar sejak tahun 2018. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektifitas program yang sudah berjalan dua tahun guna memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan program yang akan datang. Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP (contex, input, process, product). Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan September 2019 dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi dokumen. Hasil evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program MYRES sudah sesuai dengan amanat Undang-undang nomor 20 Tahun 2003 dan Permendiknas Nomor 39 Tahun 2008 serta dibutuhkan masyarakat madrasah. Evaluasi input program mencapai hasil baik dengan beberapa masukan pada juknis, koordinasi panitia, pembiayaan penelitian dan hadiah untuk pemenang. Evaluasi proses menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan masukan perbaikan pada sosialisasi, lokasi pameran, dan standarisasi pameran dan ujian presentasi. Evaluasi produk membuktikan bahwa program MYRES efektif untuk menumbuhkembangkan budaya meneliti pada siswa madrasah. Hasil evaluasi ini merekomendasikan agar program MYRES dapat dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan sebagai program unggulan Kementerian Agama.
