Abstract

Literatur keagamaan, dalam beragam bentuknya, dapat membantu melengkapi penjelasan antropologis dan sosiologis tentang karakter ide-ide keagamaan dan topik-topik yang didiskusikan orang. Demikian argumen yang diajukan oleh C.W. Watson (2005) ketika meneliti perkembangan buk-buku Islam dan penerbit-penerbitnya. Dalam konteks ini, buku karya Sarjana Hukum Islam asal Indonesia yang bemukim di Australia ini penting artinya.
