Abstract

Propinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebagai propinsi tertua di kalimantan, pada kenyataannya berbagai data dan informasi terkait tenaga kesehatan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan sarana/prasarana serta tenaga kesehatan tertentu pada sebuah rumah sakit atau pusat kesehatan masyarakat masih sangat minim untuk diperoleh sehingga masyarakat umum sulit untuk mengetahui dimana ia bisa mendapatkan kesehatan yang terbaik berdasarkan ketersediaan sarana/prasarana yang memadai maupun tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan jangkauan lokasi tempat tinggalnya. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara survey, yaitu penyelidikan yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data tenaga elektromedik serta pemetaan kebutuhan tenaga elektromedik di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) bulan yaitu mulai bulan November 2016 hingga Maret 2017. Hampir semua rumah sakit di wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan mempunyai kekurangan tenaga elektromedis dan estimasi pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga elektromedis di Kalimantan Selatan diperkiran berkisar 10 sampai dengan 15 tahun kedepan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis, informasi tenaga elektromedis di Kalimantan selatan dapat lebih mudah diakses oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi alat kesehatan kecenderungannya hanya dilakukan saat akan menghadapi akreditasi puskesmas saja. Kegiatan ini belum dilakukan secara terencana dan kontinu. Minimnya sosialisasi, terbatasnya sebaran personil dan jumlah laboratorium kalibrasi yang memenuhi syarat, ditambah lagi dengan tidak terpenuhinya anggaran pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi alat kesehatan, membuat upaya kegiatan pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi pada sejumlah alat kesehatan yang ada di sarana pelayanan kesehatan baik pemerintah maupun swasta. Sasaran pengabdian adalah Puskesmas Barabai yang merupakan instansi pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang terdampak bencana banjir pada tahun 2021 dimana membutuhkan tindakan berupa perbaikan, perawatan dan kalibrasi internal peralatan kesehatan.  Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan melakukan kegiatan maintenance berupa perbaikan serta kalibrasi peralatan kesehatan dan sosialisasi serta penyuluhan tentang manajemen perawatan dan pemakaian alat kesehatan. Kegiatan merupakan kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak diantaranya adalah Puskemas Barabai, Program Studi DIII Teknik Elektromedik Politeknik Unggulan Kalimantan, Balai Pengujian Fasilitas Kesehatan (BPFK) Banjarbaru, HIMA Teknik Elektromedik Politeknik Unggulan Kalimantan, Ikatan Alumni Teknik Elektromedik Politeknik Unggulan Kalimantan dan pihak DPD Ikatemi Kalimantan Selatan. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ditemukan banyak peralatan kesehatan yang perlu dilakukan maintenance karena berbagai kerusakan dan kurangnya pemeriharaan serta pemakaian alat yang tidak sesuai prosedur penggunaan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ditemukan masih banyaknya puskesmas di daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dengan kategori wilayah terdampak bencana dan wilayah terpencil yang membutuhkan standarisasi peralatan kesehatan serta edukasi tentang pemeliharaan dan kalibrasi alat kesehatan. Health Services Through Health Equipment Standardization at the Barabai Community Health Center, Hulu Sungai Tengah District  Medical equipment is typically only calibrated and maintained when applying for puskesmas accreditation. This action was not conducted in a deliberate and continuous manner. In order to maintain and calibrate a variety of medical devices in healthcare facilities, both public and private, efforts have been made. However, these efforts have been hampered by a lack of outreach, a limited distribution of personnel, and a lack of calibration laboratories that meet the requirements.The dedication is intended for Puskesmas Barabai, a public health care organization that will need to take action to repair, maintain, and internally calibrate its medical equipment as a result of the flood disaster in 2021. The approach of performing community service activities entails engaging in maintenance tasks including repairing and calibrating medical equipment as well as outreach and counseling regarding maintenance administration and the use of medical devices. Puskemas Barabai, Diploma III Electromedical Engineering Study Program at Polytechnic Unggulan Kalimantan, Balai Pengujian Fasilitas Kesehatan Banjarbaru (BPFK), HIMA of Electromedical Engineering at Polytechnic Unggulan Kalimantan, Alumni Association of Electromedical Engineering of the Polytechnic Unggulan Kalimantan, and the DPD IKATEMI South Kalimantan were among the organizations that collaborated on the activity.Following the completion of the community service projects, it was discovered that a significant amount of medical equipment required maintenance due to various damages, lack of maintenance, and the use of instruments that were not in compliance with the recommended process. Based on the outcomes of community service projects, it was discovered that there were still a lot of puskesmas in the province of South Kalimantan that fell into the category of remote areas and disaster-affected areas that needed medical equipment standardization as well as education about the upkeep and calibration of medical devices.

Abstract

Baby Incubator is a rigid box-like enclosure for protection temperature range 32 – 37oC and humidity range 50 – 60% RH inside. Heating temperature occurs in Baby Incubator because heating element on, while humidity occurs when water evaporation in chamber which will make the air in a wet state. If water in chamber is empty or runs out, then it will affect the humidity in Incubator and it’s dangerous for babies, because it make back burnt effect from air in incubator to hot, then is necessary monitoring with concept of IoT who utilize the web of the internet for get hold of data temperature, humidity and water in chamber to make nurses easier for monitoring. Researchers use methods reseach and development that would create a product concept of a circuit prototype Baby Incubator IoT Based. The hardware on this prototype is made up of Arduino uno, NodeMCU ESP32S, Seven Segment, Sensor DHT22, Sensor ultrasonic US-100, Buzzer and push button. Based on the results of testing and validation from media experts and material experts, the Baby Incubator Prototype tool with Waterlevel Sensor equipped with IoT-Based Water Tank Monitoring, it can be concluded that the prototype can be declared to meet the category of eligibility Very Eligible to apply or proceed to the mass production stage so that it can facilitate in the process of monitoring temperature, humidity, and water volume in the Baby Incubator tool.

Abstract

Shoulder wheel is a therapeutic equipment used to train the movement of the joints in the shoulder and prevent muscle shrinkage. This tool utilizes the rotation of the motor to assist the patient in moving the arm so that the constriction of the blood vessels in this area will decrease and the shrinking of the muscles in the patient can be prevented and is expected to be able to move like normal conditions. This shoulder wheel therapy tool is made with additional angle and time monitors to make it easier for operators and patients to perform joint range of motion exercises optimally. The purpose of making this shoulder wheel therapy tool is to make it easier for physiotherapy users to examine patients so that further actions do not increase the risk of injury to the shoulder of patients who have frozen shoulder. The tool designed in this study is controlled by Arduino Uno by utilizing an optocoupler sensor as an angle sensor and a 16X2 LCD as a monitor for the duration of therapy. A DC motor is used to move the wheel so that the wheel can rotate so that it can help therapy for patients. Based on the results of measuring the power supply voltage, the average measured voltage value is 11.2 VDC. Then the Buzzer voltage measurement obtained an average value of 4.87 VDC and the optocoupler sensor measurement for an angle of 45 degrees had an error percentage of 3.8%, an angle of 90 degrees with an error of 0.58% and at an angle of 180 degrees with a percentage error value 1%.

Abstract

A laboratory glove box is a customized instrument that allows users to manipulate things in a controlled environment. It creates a different atmosphere within a chamber and can also be used as a sterilizer. The project named Design and Build a Laboratory Glove Box Using UV Lamps and Blower Equipped with a DHT 22 Sensor Based on Arduino Uno for Learning Media' seeks to improve the quality of student learning. Using this glove box, students can gain a better understanding of fundamental ideas, operational methods, and standard operating protocols for laboratory glove box equipment. The feasibility tests, including validation by media experts and material experts, indicate that ' ‘Design and Build a Laboratory Glove Box Using UV Lamps and Blower Equipped with a DHT 22 Sensor Based on Arduino Uno for Learning Media' is highly suitable for practical use
