Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosioanal, Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi sampel Pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng sebanyak 50 orang dijadikan sampel dengan tehnik sampling menggunakan sensus. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng; Perilaku Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng; Budaya Organisasi berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng; dan Kecerdasan Emosional, Perilaku Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi, secarasi multan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantaeng. Disarankan kepada Instansi terkait untuk mengadakan pelatihan pengelolaan kecerdasan emotional bagi pegawai. Kepada Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian iniKata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Perilaku Kepemimpinan,   Budaya Organisasi KinerjaABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine and analyze the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Behavior and Organizational Culture partially and simultaneously to the Performance of Employees at the Office of Transportation Bantaeng District. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive research, sample population Employees at the Office of Transportation Bantaeng District as many as 50 people sampled with sampling techniques using the census. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed: Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Transportation of Bantaeng Regency; Leadership Behavior has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Office of Transportation of Bantaeng Regency; Organizational Culture has a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance at the Bantaeng Regency Transportation Office; and Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Behavior, and Organizational Culture, multan secarasi positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at the Office of Transportation Bantaeng District. It is suggested to the related institutions to conduct emotional intelligence management training for employees. To the next researcher is expected to develop this research by considering other factors not examined in this research
