Abstract

The Mobile Library at the North Jakarta Administration City Library and Archives Office is a mobile library engaged in learning to increase readers' interest, especially in terms of learning. Where in the process of borrowing and returning books in the mobile library is still not well computerized and some processes are still done by hand and stored in catalog books. So that unorganized data is difficult to find, is often lost and makes it difficult for administrators to prepare reports. From the existing problems the writer designed and built a mobile library information system which is expected to be able to handle these problems. In looking for needs, system development is carried out through data collection methods by observation. In the system development method, the authors use object-oriented development methods with tools using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in system analysis and design. Researchers use the PHP and MYSQL programming languages ​​as the database. It is hoped that with this mobile library information system, the processes involved in borrowing and returning books will be easier, because this mobile library information system can be accessed multi-user.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan tugas, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat menyelenggarakan fungsi, salah satunya adalah pengelolaan barang milik/kekayaan negara yang menjadi tanggung jawab Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Untuk mendukung dan memenuhi tugas dan menjalankan fungsi kementerian pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat telah melakukan pekerjaan pendataan aset secara manual untuk pekerjaan pengelolaan. Namun metode tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien dan juga belum cukup untuk memenuhi informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak kementerian, sehingga kementerian akan mengalami kesulitan untuk menentukan perencanaan pengelolaan BMN untuk titik lokasi aset tanah maupun bangunan karena tidak tersedia sarana dan informasi seperti visualisasi tempat serta jarak antar titik lokasi yang tepat dan akurat. Melalui perancangan dan pembuatan SIG pendataan aset berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat menampilkan gambaran peta aset tanah milik kementerian pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien bagi kinerja kementerian PUPR. Penyajian informasi dalam bentuk web akan memudahkan pihak kementerian untuk mengaksesnya.

Abstract

Business Process Management for corporate customer service is a comprehensive series of activities to define the types of products and services that will be the main needs of customers, so that the quality of service results can be planned and measured. Business process design is a framework for a core process that develops from a short-term and long-term business strategy, so that the business strategy will determine the pillars of the business that will be carried out. Serving the needs of customers and interested parties will be the main focus of a business process that will be carried out within the organization. The application of business process management is a method for identifying and evaluating a company's business and for finding out the current condition of the company in developing improvement programs that can be done through a descriptive process. The output and application of business process management are in the form of increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company in terms of cost and time as well as improving the quality of products and services produced, as well as mitigating business risks that may occur. Data collection methods, analysis methods, development methods, design design methods and testing methods are research methods that are used systematically so that it includes several activities for gradual improvement of the work process from previous conditions and increasing system reliability to obtain facts or principles from knowledge with how to issue register and perform root cause analysis with several impact assessments by quantitative analysis, heuristic design, simulation, flow analysis, pareto analysis and pick chart, queue, up to a systematic redesign to the process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem informasi yang dapat merekap data aset dan fasilitas, penyewa dan pembayaran Pada Maestro Futsal Kemayoran. Masalah utama yang menjadi pembahasan penelitian adalah penggunaan sistem informasi yang ada saat ini masih manual. Transaksi pembayaran dan rekap laporan yang dilakukan dengan buku besar, membuat pengelola dalam merekap data transaksi menjadi sulit. karena sering terjadinya salah penghitungan yang akibatnya proses pembuatan laporan tidak tepat waktu, karena semua proses dilakukan secara manual. Status bayar oleh penyewa sulit untuk di lacak jika pemilik meminta hasil laporan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Metode Rapid Application Development Menggunakan Algoritma String Matching, dalam prosesnya terdiri dari perencanaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi sewa aset dan fasilitas lapangan futsal Maestro Futsal Kemayoran berbasis web. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan transaksi kedua belah pihak dapat dengan mudah dan saling menguntungkan dan para pemilik juga dapat mengawasi transaksi yang ada dimanapun.

Abstract

Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa Berbasis Web merupakan suatu system yang memberikan informasi laporan keaktifan siswa secara online yang berupa laporan nilai serta informasi siswa yang bersangkutan dengan berbasiskan web, sehingga membantu kecepatan dan kualitas dalam penyampaian informasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengolahan nilai raport di SMP ABC saat ini masih menggunakan Aplikasi Raport Digital (ARD) dan penginputan nilai siswa masih area lokal. Sistem ini bekerja memasukan dan menyimpan data, proses penilaian siswa serta laporan nilai akhir siswa sehingga lebih mudah mengetahui informasi nilai siswa yang akan disampaikan oleh pihak sekolah. System pengolahan nilai yang membantu kerja dari administrasi dan wali kelas dan dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk melakukan proses pengolahan nilai agar pengelolaan nilai dapat diolah lebih efisien dan efektif , sehingga bisa langsung diakses serta informasi nilai dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Selain itu antarmuka system diimplementasikan sesuai dengan tampilan raport yang sudah ada sehingga system dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan menghasilkan perhitungan nilai yang akurat. Web-Based Student Value Data Processing is a system that provides information on student activeness reports online in the form of grade reports and student-related web-based information, thus helping speed and quality of information delivery. The problems that occur in processing report cards at ABC Junior High School are currently still using the Digital Report Card Application (ARD) and inputting student scores is still a local area. This system works well and stores data, student reports, and student final grade reports so that it is easier to see student grade information submitted by parties. A value processing system that helps the administration and homeroom teacher and can make it easier for users to process value management values ​​that can be processed more efficiently and effectively, so that it can be accessed and value information can be conveyed properly. In addition, the system interface is implemented in accordance with the existing report cards display so that the system can be used easily and produces accurate value calculation

Abstract

Auto 2000 Ciledug is a company that sells various types of Toyota cars that are already competing in the global market. Through dialogue with those who use Toyota products, the company continues to acquire new knowledge and incorporate it into product development by contributing through product and service innovation, optimizing various work procedures at Car Dealers. With this information system, it is hoped that it will simplify and speed up the car sales process at Auto 2000 Ciledug. Such as, can access online applications, can place car orders, can simplify data management to produce reports. In the current Auto 2000 Ciledug running system, there are problems such as the application used cannot be ordered online. From the entire system that the author has created, it can be concluded that, with this information system, it is expected to simplify and accelerate the car sales process at Auto 2000 Ciledug, such as data management to report creation. This system is still not perfect, because there are still several processes that must be added, such as the process if the car is damaged / lost and the accounting process (financial calculations).

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi yang dibangun dalam memperbaiki suatu permasalahan pada sebuah sistem sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh sebuah Institusi. Pada PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika, Tbk Jakarta pengembangan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan dalam memperbaiki sistem penanganan surat. Dalam hal ini penulis melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Penanganan Surat dalam mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses penanganan surat yang memerlukan waktu yang lama. Dengan menganalisa sistem yang berjalan yang selanjutnya merancang sistem usulan. Maka penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Pengembangan Sistem Penanganan Surat Berbasis Web Pada PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika, Tbk. Sistem Penanganan Surat Berbasis Web dapat memecahkan permasalahan pengarsipan surat masuk yang masih disimpan dalam map besar yang diurutkan berdasarkan tanggal, selain itu pada pengarsipan surat masuk membutuhkan pembuatan disposisi untuk ditujukan ke pihak yang bersangkutan. Pembuatan disposisi tersebut menunggu Kepala Divisi, sehingga proses pembuatan disposisi dan pembuatan surat keluar memakan waktu yang cukup lama yang terdapat pada sistem yang berjalan seperti mempermudah proses registrasi surat masuk dan surat keluar, disposisi surat dan proses laporan surat, sehingga akan memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan pekerjaannya dengan efesien dan efektif.

Abstract

The writing of this paper aims to present visual mapping applications as an alternative to reduce billing productivity in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications. As for the background of this writing trying to find solutions to address constraints are not found that occur in the field. This is due to the increasing number of customers who use the internet in the region, especially Jakarta, in this case many customers who do not understand about the procedures of payment, due bills and internet disconnection, then there is a lot of arrears so that it becomes the duty of CTB (Caring Teritory Base) as the billing party, then it becomes a problem if the customer's address is incomplete, there is no information rt and rw , the name of the tower, as well as the floor of the building. It will be a concern for the company to reduce Revenue Loss due to unpaid bills, as well as not achieving the targets set by management to employees. The analysis method used by the author is Object Oriented Analysis. (OOA). OOA sees problems based on system user objects. With OOA can be created modeling system. The application of OOA in this study uses Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagram. The Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams that the authors use are the Use Case Diagram design of the Activity Diagram design, the Sequence Diagram design, and the Class Diagram design. Application development method or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that the author applied is waterfall method. Waterfall method has a special feature that is the entire development process is carried out in sequence starting from the stage of concept planning, modeling, development, testing and maintenance of the system. This analysis found that the existence of Find&Go application can help in overcoming arrears problems that occur in the company.

Abstract

The challenges facing the organization oriented profit and non profit currently is more complex. PT. Salestrade Corp. Indonesia is a national private company which is engaged in the electrical distributor of various companies in several countries in the world. However, in terms of administration, there is still much that needs to be improve, including in the case of handwritten work reports, attendance has not been recorded properly, there is no control regarding work in the field and there is no system that monitors employee performance. The implementation of this system is not effective and efficient. Therefore, a company needs a computerized system and requires a database to facilitate data storage and access data if needed at any time in order to produce useful information for the company. For that we need an application that functions to monitor employee performance and organize administration and company reports using an Android-based application. With this application it is hopefully that it can help make it easier for companies and employees to make work and attendance reports and make it easier for management to monitor employee performance so that administratively it becomes tidier.

Abstract

South Tangerang is a city that has a culinary destination that is favored by many tourists. The difficulty of travelers in finding a place that is located in the alley or within a few tens of meters from the highway in South Tangerang need to be anticipated.. Application design the route of culinary tourism is an alternative that can minimize or even eliminate such difficulties. This research was conducted to develop an application created with the java programming language with the SDK and the application help of Google Maps API, and Location Based Service provides information on the geographical position of the place of food. The making of this app through several important stages, including requirements analysis, design, design implementation, and testing of the system are made.. Research and design of this application using the waterfall method and applying the algorithm of Dijkstra based on android. Use of this application is preceded by testing on the algorithm of Dijkstra and black box testing, so this app can be used properly. Based on the research that has been done, this application can be used to assist and facilitate tourists to find and to determine the shortest route to the location of the culinary tourism in the City of South Tangerang.
