Abstract

Online New Student Admission (PPDB) as a method or method that aims to register online for new prospective cadets at SMK Pelayaran Jakarta Raya. With the development of Information Technology (IT) today, information about schools to prospective cadets without being geographically restricted must be conveyed through the website so that the public can easily access all school information. Admission of new cadets at the beginning of a new academic year, in which in practice the admission of new cadets is still done manually so that it cannot be done efficiently. With the existence of a web-based computerized information system, it is hoped that it can help prospective cadets in registering and getting accurate information so they can find out the effectiveness of this system. This writer applies the waterfall design to the building sketch of the information system for new student admissions, the waterfall method is a method that describes the design of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), where the preparation begins with analysis, design, coding, and testing. Data collection techniques by conducting field observations, interviews, and literature studies. This new student admission information system was built using the PHP programming language using the MySQL database as the database server. The result of this writing is a web-based student admission information system that has effectiveness in providing convenience to parents of new cadets to receive all information regarding new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.

Abstract

Selama ini undangan pernikahan selalu dalam bentuk kertas dan bahan sejenisnya, biaya yang dibebankan juga tidaklah murah, waktu dalam melakukan pencetakan undangan juga tidaklah cepat, hal ini sangat menyita waktu dan biaya, dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini dan dukungan internet yang sudah meluas maka dapat dikembangkan sebuah sistem undangan online berbasis web yang dapat mengurangi beban biaya, waktu pencetakan maupun pengiriman undangan. Dalam hal ini sistem undangan online tersebut merupakan suatu solusi antara konsumen dan produsen, dimana dalam suatu sistem tersebut dapat melakukan pemesanan dan melakukan transaksi secara online dimanapun dan kapanpun. Konsumen juga dapat memilih desain undangan sesuai yang tersedia di dalam website tersebut. Sistem ini juga dapat membuat link yang dapat di bagikan melalui media sosial, jika terdapat kerabat maupun saudara yang berada pada jarak yang jauh. Abstract

Village Information System Process for managing letters and information on ongoing activities. Theauthor found several indications of problems such as, not all people know the valid information,especially for programs or activities held by the government, not all citizens know this information.Data obtained from field studies, namely observations and interviews. The variables contained in thisthesis are independent variables, namely program implementation. The dimensions used to test theimplementation of the Village Information System Program. From the results of the research anddiscussion carried out, it can be concluded that the Village Information System in the process ofmanaging correspondence at RW 05, Kenari sub-district, is not yet fully optimal. This can be seen inthe factors of program implementation that have not been carried out properly, namely theorganization, especially human resources, inadequate facilities, training provided to the community isvery minimal and in the implementation factor there are still obstacles

Abstract

The rapid development of technology causes an increase in the need for information. The problems encountered in the system that has been running as it is today. The correspondence archiving system at the Leadership Administration Bureau still uses the manual method, so that the processing and data retrieval process becomes long and less efficient. The results of the analysis of the system that will be designed in accordance with the formulation of existing problems and discuss the results of observations with employees at the Leadership Administration Bureau that use this filing application flexibly in completing their tasks. Such as importing incoming letters, looking for letters, and borrowing letters easily, quickly, and efficiently. Therefore, this archiving information system is made in order to help agencies or companies to increase effectiveness in processing archive data by minimizing the possibilities of errors that will occur and so that information security can be guaranteed.

Abstract

Assets are the most important resource for individuals or an organization that owns them, because assets are equipment that supports the activities of an organization. Over time the assets in the company will experience many changes (accretions and reductions) that apply very quickly and that also happens to Perum Damri. To support operational activities, Perum Damri still uses a semi-computerized system that uses Microsoft Excel in asset management and inventory of existing fleets. It is less efficient in terms of time, power as well as cost. The development of technology, can be used to overcome some of the obstacles faced today such as by creating a system that helps in asset management, fleet inventory to prevent damage, loss or "ghost items". Web-based application system development is used with the model system uml (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, diagaram activity, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Asset management system development methodology uses waterfall models, PHP programming and MYSQL databases.

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) online adalah salah satu cara atau metode yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pendaftaran secara online bagi calon santriwan dan santriwati baru pada Madrasah Addhiya Guru Sya'ban. Dengan berkembangnya Teknologi Informasi yang begitu pesat dapat membuat seluruh informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan cepat dan mudah. Penerimaan calon santriwan dan santriwati di madrasah addhiya guru sya’ban masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga tidak efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yaitu waterfall (analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian program dan pemeliharaan). Sistem ini di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php serta database mysql. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru yang pengelolaannya terkomputerisasi, sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendaftar dalam melakukan pendaftaran secara online dengan mudah, efektif dan effisien serta dapat mempermudah admin dalam melakukan seleksi kelulusan, sistem ini juga akan memberikan notifikasi berisi hasil kelulusan yang akan di kirim ke no telepon dan email pendaftar melalui sms dan email gateway.

Abstract

Functional Auditor Development Center (Pusbin JFA) as a supervisor of government internal functional audit has a constraint to publish recommendation formation of auditor for Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP). The current process is still running manually and slowly, so that need the application which makes APIP unit easier to compile proposals and speed up the verification and validation process at Pusbin JFA then the auditor's recommendation publishing process getting better. Laravel framework was matched to handle this application, which is website based. This framework was easy to use and accelerate the process for develop program or application, and then it was combined with Extreme Programming (XP) development method system where this method was matched to use in government institution or the place where the developer was limited. As long as use this Laravel framework and XP method, all of the application development process has been streamlined so this application can be implemented soon.

Abstract

PT.Tanamas Industry Comunitas merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor hasil olahan rotan menjadi barang jadi seperti furniture rotan. Penjualan pada PT.Tanamas Industry Comunitas dapat dilakukan melalui datang langsung ke perusahaan atau melalui surat elektronik yang biasa disebut e-mail. Dengan penjualan melalui e-mail terdapat kesulitan dalam melakukan transaksi maupun memperoleh informasi produk. Pada PT. Tanamas Industry Comunitas juga belum adanya web e-commerce, sehingga costomer kesulitan dalam bertransaksi maupun melihat katalog produk yang tersedia. Dengan adanya website e-commerce ini akan memudahkan costomer yang dapat melakukan transaksi penjualan dan juga dapat memperoleh informasi tentang produk yang tersedia tanpa harus datang langsung ke perusahaan atau tanpa menghubungi melalui e-mail hanya dengan membuka aplikasi e-commerce tersebut.
