Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang koleksi karya mahasiswa arsitektur berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dengan mengamati pameran konvensional di Universitas. Selain itu, setelah mengamati pameran konvensional, kami merancang kebutuhan pengguna dan desain situs web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pameran karya mahasiswa arsitektur berbasis web membantu mahasiswa arsitektur. Hal ini dikarenakan pameran tersebut dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk mempresentasikan dan memamerkan hasil karyanya. Akan tetapi, beberapa pameran konvensional membutuhkan biaya untuk ikut serta. Maka melalui pameran online dapat menjangkau target audiens yang lebih luas dan memiliki target pasar yang spesifik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja karya mahasiswa arsitektur berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi atas permasalahan mahasiswa arsitektur. Lebih lanjut, pameran berbasis web ini dapat menjadi media untuk menjadi pameran yang informatif, mudah diakses, cepat, dan aman.

Abstract

The author conducted this research with the aim to find out how the analysis of talent management and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. The research method uses are descriptive and verification methods. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents, who are the employees at the company, using random sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS v.23 for windows program. The results of the analysis are used to test the validity, reliability, determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results of data analysis from this study indicate that simultaneously, talent management and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Partial talent management and teamwork also significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Job Satisfaction in Plan A in one of the automotive parts and accessories manufacturing companies in Cimahi City, either partially or simultaneously. Considering that in the activities of industrial companies in this study, employees are required to achieve production targets with a predetermined processing time as an effort to meet company targets in order to achieve company goals. So, it is very necessary to have employee commitment in this research company. Descriptive verification is the method that researchers use. Primary data in this study were obtaind from the results of statements (questionnaires) which were distributed directly to 174 respondents, while secondary data were obtained from employee data in this study. SPSS v.25 software is used in this study to analyze multiple linear regression and to test hypotheses. The results obtained are that there is a partially significant effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.523; Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on partial organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.627; Then on employee job satisfaction as the third independent variable found the results that have a partially significant effect on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.063; Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and employee job satisfaction can simultaneously affect organizational commitment. In addition, there are results obtained that this research is in the category of a fairly strong relationship with a positive correlation, so it can be concludeid that if the independent variables of employe empowerment, emotional intelligence, and employee job satisfaction are high, the organizational commitment is also higher.

This study aims to increase consumer satisfaction in shopping activities by utilizing technological advancements as a market interface design. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study found out how big the impact of the interface design where the market in Indonesia can attract consumers. The market is currently growing very rapidly. Market growth is increasing throughout the world including Indonesia. Market interface design is the spearhead of competition between one market and another. Abstract

Public health development is carried out to achieve optimal health in the community, therefore the Indonesian government makes various efforts to the health service providers in the community. A health clinic is one of the institutions that provide health services to the community, the bigger the clinic, the more complex the institutional activities that are carried out, so they need to create strategies to improve the quality of services in order to improve the image of the clinic in the community. This research was conducted through the stages of observation and interviews which were then compiled using a SWOT analysis. The results found that health clinics are advised to carry out horizontal integration, namely to collaborate with institutions or professionals related to the field of health services.

Abstract

This study aims to excavate and describe the impact of workload, burnout, and job stress on employee performance in state-owned banking companies in the city of Bandung. This research was descriptive and verification methods in nature. The sample used was 60 employees from a total of 150 populations using the Multiple Linear Regression method as an analysis tool. The findings of this study show that all independent variables, namely workload, work weakness, and work stress are described as being in fairly good condition. This shows that the workload, work fatigue, and work stress in the state-owned banking company in Bandung are not in alarming condition. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance in good condition, which means that even though employees feel workload, work fatigue, and work stress, they are still able to remain productive. In addition, the results of the hypothesis test found that there was a negative and significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study are expected to have an impact on controlling workload, work stress, and especially work fatigue, so as to optimize the performance of employees of state-owned banking companies in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how to overcome the challenges of cooperatives through community socialization as a form of seeking the welfare of cooperative members during the pandemic, especially industry 4.0, in which the authors use qualitative methods with the type of descriptive research discussed. The data collection procedure was carried out online by the author to the management of the PT X cooperative and several members of the PT X cooperative who were randomly selected to fulfill the research of this journal. In addition, the evaluation of the IT 4.0 challenges on the socialization of cooperatives to members aims to provide opportunities for the community to obtain economic stability for the feasibility of their daily lives.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini, banyak terjadi perubahan dan perkembangan di berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi yang paling terpengaruh. Hal ini menyebabkan para pelaku ekonomi saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan yang terbaik, yang menjadi tantangan bagi koperasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari cara agar koperasi dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya di era revolusi industri 4.0. Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has resulted in many changes in the business sector, one of which is in the field of marketing. However, there are still many MSMEs who have not been able to promote their products digitally, their marketing is still narrow which makes them less competitive than their competitors. The purpose of this research is to explore how to maximize digital marketing. The research method used is qualitative research with the acquisition of secondary data from the results of literature studies obtained from various sources, namely scientific journals, books, and websites. The results of the study found that unqualified human resources hindered MSME actors in utilizing technological growth, the impact on company operations in obtaining maximum profits could not be realized. Rejuvenation of business organizations is one way to solve the problems of MSMEs in operating digital marketing and the problem of youth unemployment in Indonesia. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Human Resources, MSME, Technology Growth, Unemployment Pesatnya pertumbuhan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era revolusi industri 4.0 mengakibatkan banyaknya perubahan dalam bidang bisnis, salah satunya pada bidang pemasaran. Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum dapat mempromosikan produknya secara digital, pemasaran yang dilakukan masih bersifat sempit yang membuat mereka kalah saing dengan kompetitor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali cara memaksimalan digital marketing. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan perolehan data sekunder dari hasil studi pustaka yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yaitu Jurnal ilmiah, Buku, dan website. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa SDM yang tidak berkualitas menghambat pelaku UMKM dalam pemanfaatan pertumbuhan teknologi, dampaknya pengoprasian perusahaan dalam mendapatkan laba maksimal tidak dapat direalisasikan. Peremajaan organisasi usaha merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pelaku UMKM dalam pengoprasian digital marketing dan permasalahan pengangguran usia muda di Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui dan menguji apakah perlu atau tidak perlu pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Toraja Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pendekatan kuantitatif, deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif dan verifikatif.Teknik analisis data Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi linier berganda dan hipotesis menggunakan SPSS v25. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil Uji-F juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar.
