Abstract

This research aims at investigating factors that influence third parties funds (TPF) of Indonesian Islamic banks during the issuance of government retail sukuk 2012-2015. Data are taken from quarterly statistical reports of Indonesian Islamic banking and analysed by using multiple linear regression. The results show that retail sukuk has negative influence, while offices number, company size, and return for the third parties have positive influence on TPF collected. As having negative influence, Islamic banks should anticipate future issuance of retail sukuk by improving their internal performance. Failing to anticipate it, they may suffer of decreasing amount of TPF.

Abstract

ABSTRAKRanting MuhammadiyahTamantirto Selatan dihadapkan pada dua kondisi ekonomi yang mesti diatasi. Di satu sisi ranting membutuhkan cashflow untuk operasional kegiatan, di lain sisi banyak jamaahnya yang terbatas secara ekonomi dan terdampak pendapatannya oleh pandemi covid-19. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha mikro jamaah, pada saat yang sama juga meningkatkan kontribusi jamaah kepada ranting Muhammadiyah Tamantirto Selatan. Untuk pengembangan ranting dan usaha mikro jamaah, pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan menumbuhkan ekosistem ekonomi ranting. Ekosistem ini berupa keterlibatan ranting dan jamaah pada pemilihan usaha mikro dampingan, identifikasi kebutuhan, pemenuhan kebutuhan usaha, akses dana kepada AUM yang mapan, pendampingan dan konsultasi wirausaha, sosialisasi pada seluruh jamaah pengajian untuk mensupport, pelaksanaan pengembangan bisnis oleh usaha mikro dampingan dan infak hasil usaha untuk ranting. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keempat usaha mikro yang didampingi mengalami kemajuan usaha dari segi omset dibanding sebelum pendampingan. Adanya program ini membuat keempat mitra dampingan tersebut menjadi rutin berinfak di celengan yang disediakan ranting. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki kebaruan berupa pengembangan berbasis ekosistem. Kata kunci: ranting muhammadiyah; usaha mikro; ekosistem ekonomi; jamaah pengajian, wirausaha. ABSTRACTThe Tamantirto Selatan Muhammadiyah Branch faced two economic conditions that must be overcome: the need for operational cashflow and limited income of their congregation members due to the COVID-19 pandemic impact. This community service aims to develop the congregation's micro-enterprise, at the same time increasing the congregation's contribution to the South Tamantirto Muhammadiyah branch. For the development of branches and micro-businesses of the congregation, community service is carried out by growing the economic ecosystem of the branches. This ecosystem is in the form of involvement of branches and congregations in the selection of assisted micro-enterprises, identification of needs, fulfillment of business needs, access to funds to established AUM, entrepreneurial assistance and consultation, socialization to all congregations for support, implementation of business development by assisted micro-enterprises and infaq results. effort for twigs. The results of the activity show that the four micro-enterprises that were mentored experienced business progress in terms of sales compared to before the mentoring. The existence of this program has made the assisted partners donate in the donation box provided by the Muhammadiyah branch. Abstract

Background – Covid-19 Pandemic has caused changes in budget allocation and declining in local government revenue which may affect its accountability performance. Aim – The purpose of this study is to empirically test whether during covid-19 pandemic the clarity of budget targets, accounting controls, reporting systems, and human resources can improve the performance accountability of government agencies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Design / methodology / approach – ). This research uses survey questionnaire. The sample in this study were 89 respondents consisting of the Head of Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), Treasurer of OPD, and Secretary of OPD. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique is based on statistical multiple linier regression. Findings – Based on the variables tested in order to obtain significance, the results obtained were 2 of them had significance while the other 2 had no significance. Conclusion - The variables of clarity of budget targets and quality of human resources had a significant and positive effect on government agency performance accountability during the COVID-19 pandemic, while accounting control and reporting system variables had no significant and positive effect on government agency performance accountability. Research implication – This research implies that local governments need to ensure clarity of budget targets and the quality of human resources in order to improve their accountability performance especially during crisis. Limitations – This study is limited to the Special Region of Yogyakarta. For greater validity, future study needs to extend the research scope to national area.

Abstract

For more than two decades, Public Private Partnerships(PPP) had developed worldwide as an instrumentto procure public infrastructure where governmentfunds are limited. This practice supports thecovergent theory of the public and private sector.Indonesia experience with PPP follows most of whathad been done by countries overseas with somedeviations. The main reasons for going for PPP forIndonesia government is to fill the gap in financeand capability in procuring the infrastructure. Unofficialreason such as for off-balance sheet and ideologicalis not relevant. Up to now, the Governmentonly allow investment in hard economic infrastructure.Instead of using pure private finance, IndonesiaGovernment facilitates public funds either fromCentral Government or Local Governments to financePPP projects. In most cases, this involvementis because of marginality of the project. This resultsin the condition where the Government still hasdominant role in the existing PPP projects. Comparedto the PPP framework in other countries likein the UK, Indonesia PPP lacks of attention on outputspecification and risk transfer. This may be becauseof lacking of experiences as well as due tohigh degree of Government involvement. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-government implementation and community participation on village government performance with Good Government Governance (GGG) as a moderating variable. The study was conducted in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, with respondents consisting of members of the Village Consultative Body, Village Council, and Village Community Empowerment Institution. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS v.4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that e-government implementation and community participation have a significant positive effect on village government performance. GGG is proven to strengthen the effect of e-government implementation on village government performance, but is not significant in moderating the effect of community participation on village government performance. These findings provide important implications for village governments in improving performance through the implementation of e-government and community participation, by considering the principles of GGG
