Abstract

This research aim to get the problem of tes of double helix of interest of systemof starter and admission filling owning good quality, through problem development ofpursuant to problem analysis qualitative and quantitative. Research method used bydescriptive method, this research there no sampel of because research conductedrepresent the good research population. Problem fulfilling conditions analyse qualitativeas well as after conducted by a quantitative analysis own the level of problem difficultyrange from 0,30 up to 0,70, different energy of bigger problem than 0,30, distraktorselected by 5% from entire competitor tes, and above reliabilitas problem 0,50. Problemconsistence of between tes 1 and tes 2 calculated by using formula of correlation ofproduct moment, if rhitung of bigger than rtabel with the level signifikansi 5% problem isconsistence. Problem of Tes of double helix to be made by a evaluation appliance oughtto be conducted by development of problem tes by analysis of problem item qualitativeand quantitatively before used to measure the achievement of result of learning student.Kata kunci: pengembangan, tes pilihan ganda, sistem starter dan pengisian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap motivasi untuk bekerja di bidang otomotif. Populasi dalam penelitian  ini adalah siswa kelas  III Mekanik Otomotif SMK Negeri 1 Tonjong Kabupaten Brebes yang telah melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Industri. Populasi ini berjumlah 73 orang yang  terdiri dari 35 orang kelas  III MO1 dan 38 orang  kelas  III MO2. Sampel penelitian  terdiri dari 43 siswa dan sebanyak 30 siswa digunakan untuk uji coba  instrumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak  (proporsif  random  sampling).  Pengalaman  Praktik  Kerja  Industri  memberikan  pengaruh  sebesar  37,73% kepada motivasi  siswa  untuk  bekerja  di  bidang  otomotif,  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,27%  dipengaruhui  oleh faktor lain.Kata kunci: pengalaman Praktik Kerja, motivasi kerja, bidang otomotif This research is aimed to identify if Industrial Working Practice affects motivation to work in automotive field. The population of it was third graders of Automotive Mechanical program at SMK Negeri 1 Tonjong in Brebes Regency that conducted Industrial Working Practice. The amount of the population was 73 persons consisting of 35 third  graders of MO 1  and 38  third graders of MO 2. The sample  of the research was 43 students and about 30 students  chosen  for  instrument  trial.  The  sample  was  taken  using  proporsive  random  sampling  technique. Industrial  Working  Practice  experience  affects  37,73%  of  students’  motivations  to  work  in  automotive  field, meanwhile the leftovers, about 62,27%, are affected by other factor.Keywords: Working Practice experience, motivation to work, automotive field

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa pa‐da mata diklat alat tangan. Populasi penelitian  ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Pelita Nusantara 2 Semarang dengan jumlah siswa 200 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan metode  simple  random  sampling dari semua kelas X. Banyaknya sampel diambil dengan rumus slovin, dan didapat sampel penelitian  100  siswa.  Ananlisis  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mata diklat alat tangan siswa kelas X Jurusan Mekanik Otomotif SMK Pelita Nusantara 2 Semarang dalam kategori sedang dengan rata‐rata skor 34,80 dengan persentase skor 69,92%. Dari 100 siswa yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini, 62,00%  diantaranya memiliki motivasi  belajar  dalam  kategori  sedang,  dan  sisanya  yaitu  5,00%  dalam  kategori tinggi, 31,00% dalam kategori rendah serta 2,00% dalam kategori sangat rendah.Kata kunci : Peran Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa The goal of this research  is to discover the extent of teachers’ roles  in motivating the students to study Hand Tools training subject. The population of the research was 200 tenth graders at SMK Pelita Nusantara 2 Sema‐rang. The sample of it was taken using simple random sampling method from all tenth grade classes. The numbers of sample were taken using slovin formula and there were got 100 students as the sample of research. The result of research showed that the motivation to study Hand Tools training subject of tenth graders of Automotive Mechani‐cal Engineering program at SMK Pelita Nusantara 2 Semarang was  in fair category with average score 34,80 with score percentage 69,92%. From 100  students being  respondents  in  this  research,  there were about 62,00%  stu‐dents having fair motivation to study. There were about 5,00% students having high motivation to study and about 31,00% students having low motivation to study, while the rest of students about 2,00% had very low motivation to study.Keywords: teachers’ roles and students’ motivation to study
