Abstract

The importance of the research lies in the identification of psychological frequency and some psychologicalfeatures that players face in taekwondo competitions and to find the degree of correlation between them, andthe problem of the research was through the work of researchers in the field of the taekwondo game. Oneof them has different psychological characteristics from the other, so the researchers decided to study thisproblem by determining this frequency, determining the psychological characteristics, and then knowing therelationship between them and whether there is an effect of one of them on the other to develop appropriatesolutions in the service of Taekwondo players, and the research objectives were to prepare the psychologicalfrequency scale, And the identification of psychological frequency and some psychological features ofadvanced Taekwondo players, and knowledge of the relationship between psychological frequency andsome psychological features of advanced Taekwondo players, the researchers used the descriptive approachon some Taekwondo players in the Najaf Sports Club for the sports season (2019-2020) of (30) A playerthrough the results of the results, the researchers reached the following conclusions. The players of the IraqiPremier League with Taekwondo appeared as having an amputation. A weak psychological and high selfconfidence trait, which increased their motivation for achievement in the competition, the players showedhigh psychological energy optimal for advanced Taekwondo players, which reduced their psychologicalreluctance to compete, and the presence of an inverse moral correlation between psychological hesitationand some psychological features (self-confidence - psychological fluency ) For players of the PremierLeague Taekwondo.

Abstract

Mental fatigue works to produce cortisone, which causes a series of reactions in the body, including weakness of the immune system and tension in the large muscles ,high blood pressure, and the recurrence of the high rate of cortisone, which leads to the death of brain cellsespecially in the area which is called the hippocampus, an area necessary for memory .(1)The events of the track and the field require special requirements of physical specifications and physical abilities in addition to the training methods for each of the effectiveness of the success and from these events that require a high level of the effectiveness of running 100 meters .(2)The problem of research was that the work of hormones in the body of the important topics in the field of sports physiological psychology in general and in the track and field activities, especially the activity of 100 meters .(3)The problem of looking for the work of hormones in the body of important topics in the field of sports physiological psychology in general and in the arena and field activities, especially the effectiveness of 100 meters ,As the interest of researchers focused on the development of physical abilities, planning and skill and lack of attention to the psychological aspect, which greatly affects the achievement, despite its importance, which is considered the dominant side of the rest of the capacity and mental fatigue of the nervous system and its relationship to achievement and its effects on the secretion of cortisol is considered these variables that affect The players of the effectiveness of the 100 m and therefore affect the results of achievement because the fatigue that gets to the players during fatigue will reduce the activity of the nervous system and therefore cannot show the player all his abilities and do not reach the desired achievement and poor performance So wanted researchers conducting this study, an attempt to achieve the best results using a test of the tests Vienna system (mental fatigue FLIM) and its relationship to the level of the hormone cortisol, and the aim of the research to identify the relationship between mental fatigue and the level of the hormone cortisone and the performance in the 100 meters running for young player. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the method of interrelationships to suit the nature of the problem on the players of the 100 meters advanced to the clubs of Iraq and were selected in a comprehensive inventory, tests used in research, test (mental fatigue) .The researchers concluded that there was a significant correlation between mental fatigue (frequency of fusion) (VF) and cortisone concentration as well as performance ,in addition, there is a significant correlation between mental fatigue (frequency of flashes) (FF) and the level of hormone cortisone and performance . The researchers recommend that the coach to pay attention to knowledge of the values of mental fatigue to the players in addition to knowing the levels of hormones in order to be able to address the problems facing players and how to overcome them ,as the high rate of cortisone evidence of tension in the player and the duty of the coach to address the excitement and tension of the players being a negative impact on their performance .Keyword: Mental fatigue, Hormone cortisone, Performance and running

Abstract

The importance of research to the study of cognitive technology and its effect with the formulation of acetylcholinesterase and lactic acid for female students in the fencing, the problem of research was that the game of fencing of games of relatively small space requires the player to have positive qualities, so the researchers studied the effect of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase in technology of cognitive plus and lactic acid to achieve the best results, the objectives of the research were to identify the level of cognitive technology (Cogni Plus), acetylcholinesterase, lactate acid level, and the level of some physiological variables for female students in fencing, to identify the correlative relationship between the (Cogni Plus) level and the acetylcholinesterase and lactic acid in the fencing for female students, the researchers used the descriptive method in a survey and correlative method to suit the nature of the problem. The sample of the research included the players of the Middle and South Euphrates clubs in the youth fencing participating in the premier league for the 2016-2017 sports season, the nine clubs (Basra, Maysan, Muthanna, Wasit, Dhiqar, Rafidain, Solidarity, Babil and Karbala). The sample was selected in a simple random way, (20) players (10) for Al-Tadamon Sports Club and (10) for Al-Rafidain Sports Club. The researchers used the following tests: First: Cognitive Level of Cognitive Plus, Biochemical Variables, Lactic Acid concentration, and acetylcholinesterase concentration. The researchers concluded that cognitive cognition technology increased in players due to psychological effect they have. Decreased action of the enzyme acetylholinesterase due to the concentration of lactic acid in the muscle, which leads to slow work and send instructions, Increase the proportion of lactic acid in the muscles as a result of the high level cognitive technology (Cogni Plus) and recommended the adoption of the results of research and use by the trainers of the fencing to see the psychological effects of physiological fencing players. Attention to the psychological preparation of the players during the training process along with the physical, skill and plan numbers because of its importance in the reflection on the physical and physiological aspects of the performance. To establish a department of sports medicine in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences and provide all specialized devices in order to facilitate the task of carrying out research and studies. Conducting research and similar studies by researchers to standardize and define standard levels of cognitive technology scale (Cogni Plus) on individual and group games. Keywords: Cognitive technology, Acetyl cholinesterase, Lactic acid and fencing.
