Abstract

The problem that made the object of research is the phenomenon of the Quality of Service in Tengah Sub-District at Cibinong District in Bogor Regency is not optimal. The purpose of this study is that analyze the magnitude Influence Responsibility and Work Attitude toward the Quality of Service in Tengah Sub-District at Cibinong District in Bogor Regency.This study uses a quantitative explanatory to saw how much influence X1 and X2 to Y by partial and multiple. Population in this research service recipient in Tengah Sub-District amounted to 1.332 people and sampling by Slovin, the samples are 308 respondents. The research instrument using a Likert scale.Results of the analysis and discussion of the results showed that There is a Significant and Positive Influence of Responsibility toward the Quality of Service in Tengah Sub-District at Cibinong District in Bogor Regency; There is a Significant and Positive Influence of Work Attitude toward the Quality of Service in Tengah Sub-District at Cibinong District in Bogor Regency; and There is a Significant and Positive Influence of Responsibility and Work Attitude together toward the Quality of Service in Tengah Sub-District at Cibinong District in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the Discipline and Employee  Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency.This study uses a quantitative explanatory to know how big the Discipline and Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency partial and multiple. The study population was all employees in the Regional Disaster Management Agency Bogor regency totaling 76 people, with a census method can be 76 samples and each respondent get as many questions as 33 statements using a Likert scale.Based on the results of data processing can result in a significant and positive influences of the Discipline and Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency. There is a positive and significant Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency. There is a positive and significant Discipline and Employee Motivation to Work Effectiveness of the Natural Disaster Management in Sukamakmur District Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Performance Allowances and Work Discipline toward Employees Performance both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 73 people using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire and variable measurement using a Likert scale with the characteristics of respondents were Civil Servants at the Secretariat of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture. Performance allowances (X1) and work discipline (X2) as independent variables will be tested simultaneously (simultaneously) their effect on the performance of civil servants (Y) as the dependent variable. Test the direct effect (partial) of performance benefits (X1) on the performance of civil servants (Y) and examine the direct (partial) effect of work discipline (X2) on the performance of civil servants (Y). The data was analyzed quantitatively using analytical tools in the form of validity test and reliability tested with IBM SPSS version 23 program. The results of the study state that performance allowances (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants (Y). Performance allowance (X1) has no significant effect on the performance of civil servants (Y) and work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants (Y).

Abstract

Commitment and Civil Servant Competence toward the Service Quality of Districts Integrated Administrative in Jasinga District Office, Bogor Regency, partially and simultaneously. This study uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were recipients of PATENT services in Jasinga District, Bogor Regency, the period January - December 2018 was 1,335 people, with Slovin (5%) obtained 308 samples. The results showed: There is a positive and significant Influence of Organizational Commitment toward the Service Quality of Districts Integrated Administrative in Jasinga District Office, Bogor Regency, with a magnitude of influence of 52.9%. There is a positive and significant Influence of Civil Servant Competence toward the Service Quality of Districts Integrated Administrative in Jasinga District Office, Bogor Regency, with a magnitude of influence of 64%. There is a positive and significant Influence of Organizational Commitment and Civil Servant Competence simultaneously toward the Service Quality of Districts Integrated Administrative in Jasinga District Office, Bogor Regency, with an influence of 65.2%.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the Effect of Professionalism and Work Discipline on the Quality of Population Administration Services at the Office of Duren Seribu Urban Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City, parlially and simultaneously. The selected theories include Professionalism Theory by Pettern Jr., (in Sedarmayanti, 2012'.76-77), Work Discipline Theory by Rivai and Sagala (2011:825) and Service Quallty Theory by Lovelock (in Latunreng, 2010:160). This research uses quantitative Explanatory Method with quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is 1.576 recipients of population administration services for the January- December 2019 period and the sampling technique used is Slovin (5%) so that there are 319 samples obtained. The results of this research show that (1) The effect of Professionalism on the Quality of Population Administration Services at the ffice of Duren Seribu Urban Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City is at 55.1% and there is a positive and significant effect; (2) The effect of Work Discipline on the Quality of Population Administration Services at the Office of Duren Seribu Urban Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City is at 54.4% and there is a positive and significant effect; and (3) The effect of Professionalism and Work Discipline simultaneously on the Quality of Population Administration Services at the Office of Duren Seribu Urban Village, Bojongsari District, Depok City is at 59.2% and there is a positive and significant effect.
