Abstract

Formazans are known to be characterized by containing very effective functional groups that have an effecton the possession of any compound with a pharmaceutical and biological characteristic as antimicrobialsfor many microbes, as these compounds have proven high resistance to the spread of cancerous tumors andthe spread of bacteria and fungi. Series of formazan derivatives were synthesized in this study from metaphenylene diamine via imination reaction then coupling reaction to yield new five derivatives. The formattedformazan derivatives have been investigated through various instrumental -spectral techniques representedby (I.R- Infrared spectra ,H. NMR -Proton magnetic resonance , Mass -Spectra )– as a spectrophotometricmeasurements ,then bio- studying via various bio- experiments in this field like cytotoxicity, resistance ofanti-bacteria.

Abstract

A series of oxadiazole- Azo ligands have been synthesized via  many  steps  sequence. Oxadiazole -azo  ligands   were prepared through   reacting  azo–oxadiazole  derivatives  with phenol  heterocyclic  derivatives  diazotized   then  coupled   via   coupling  reaction  followed  by  cyclization  reaction   to  yield   azo- heterocycles   derivatives   which  act   five  membered  ring. The structures of the newly  prepared    Ligands  were  identified   through  more  than   technique  like (1H NMR, IR and Mass spectra) ,(Thermal ,microbial  assay ) for  all  ligands. Keywords: Oxadiazole, Thiosemicarbazide, Thiadiazol, Cyclization, Azo,Imidazole, Oxazole, Thiazole.

Abstract

New reagents were prepared from cephalexine drug as macro reagents via several steps like ( esterification , substitution , condensation, insertion ) reactions to produce new analytical reagents . The first reagent involved two imine group , while the second reagent included two amide groups ,and third reagent involved two amide as a cycle by insertion reaction. Our reagents investigated by chemical techniques like ( FT.IR , H.NMR , Mass )- Spectra and studied through ( chromatographic curves , thermo curves ) ., which indicated our results and gave evidences for formatted reagents. Keywords: Reagent, Ester, Amide, Insertion, Cephalexine.
