Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governanve dan Ukuran Perusahaan pada perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2006-2015. Faktor-faktor yang di uji dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah dewan komisaris, jumlah dewan direksi dan ukuran perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan di ukur menggunakan Return on Asset. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hanya terdapat pengaruh sebesar 13,6% dengan variabel yang di gunakan terhadap kinerja industri rokok selama sepuluh tahun. Kata kunci: good corporate governance, ukuran perusahaan, kinerja perusahaan, return on asset. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of good corporate governance and company size on cigarette industry listed in Burse Efek Jakarta period 2006-2015. The factors examined is number of commissioners, number of directors, and company size. The company performance measured using Return on Asset. The results of this research indicate there only effect 13,6% with variables used to performance cigarette industry for ten years.
