Abstract

Cooperative learning is successful learning strategy in which a small group, along with students from any different abilities, uses a variety of learning activities to improve their understanding of a subject. Every member of group is responsible not only to learn what has been taught but also to help others learn, in order to create an atmosphere of achievement together. Students work through assignment until successfully understand and complete it. By cooperative learning, there will be drills for students’ socialization ability to be developed and students’ relationships to be added in order to pursue their success. The big number of friends does not make students stress easily because students can tell a story freely. Socializing is essentially a process of adjusting themselves to the environment of social life.

Abstract

Leadership or activities lead an effort by someone with all the ability they have to influence, encourage, direct and mobilize the people who led them to set to work with enthusiasm and confidence in achieving its goals. Educational leadership is a readiness, the ability of a person in the process of influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing and mobilizing others to do with the implementation and development of education and teaching so that all activities can be run effectively and efficiently in achieving educational goals.

Abstract

Indonesian education is essentially form a complete human beings who believe, knowledgeable and charity. To achieve these objectives, in general, the Qur'an can be used as guidance. Lifelong education motto of life long education and education for all and all for education should be a principle of life. Learning is part of worship. Qur'an clues that describe methods of education and learning that can touch the mind and soul of learners. Abstract

التعليم الفعالي هو التعليم الذي يعتبر أن الدارسين فاعلون وليسوا من المفعولين فيها. إذا على المدرس أن يعاملوا نحو وصفهم فيطلب عليه أن يعطي نصيبهم فرصة واسعة لفعل شيء خلال الدرس وخارجه باختيار ستراتيجية مناسبة. أن الهمّة عاملة مهمّة في التربية تتعين على تناول أغراضها المرجوة. وهي تؤثّر على نشاط الدارسين، لأنها تسببهم على فعل كل شيئ أو تركهم عليه. والتعليم الفعالي يؤديهم على ترقية همتهم في التعلم

Abstract

التعليم هو مهنة فهي قابلة للتعلم تشمل مجموعة من التقنيات ينبغي اكتسابها والتحكم بها الى حد المهارة. مهنة التعليم بحاجة الى مهارات فردية مولودة عند العامل فيها. والمعلم وهو الشخص الذي يقوم بعملية التعليم يعمل بالأساس على ايصال مجموعة من المعارف العامة والخاصة وأشكال التفكير المختلفة والمهارات المتنوعة بالإضافة الى القيم الاجتماعية والدينية والأخلاقية والمعايير الاجتماعية. يقصد بالبيئة التعليمية المحيط أو المكان الذي تتم فيه عملية التعلّم والتعليم مع ما تحتويه هذه البيئة من مؤثرات وعناصر بشرية ومادية تتفاعل مع بعضها لتحدث التربية المطلوبة والتغيير المرغوب فيه. إن التعليم والتعلّم هو جزء من هذه التربية، بل هو ركنها الأساسي ووسيلتها؛ ومن هنا لا بد من التعرف إلى هذه البيئة التعليمية وعناصرها وتأثيرها على التعليم و التعلّم ويمكن تقسيم البيئة التعليمية التعلّيمية إلى ثلاث دوائر أو حلقات وهي البيت والأسرة والمدرسة والمجتمع.
